Reading old reviews, it seems like guests weren't that happy with this hotel. However, chatting with the staff, I found that the hotel was closed for the last 2 years due to COVID-19 and it just reopened after Eid Celebration. I usually don't write reviews, but this time I'm making an exception because of the people who works here. They deserve to be recognize of what they do, they go the extra mile and anticipate what you want. I have a 1 year old daughter and I get up in the morning to get breakfast for the family and all I do is choose what I like and leave it on the table and they bring it to the room. If the staff can remember your name, it is a sign of a good customer service. They have plenty of activities for everyone including kids. Not to mention the amazing fresh food. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was so wonderful, the staff were exceptionally helpful and delightful. We would definitely recommend to everyone. It was especially family friendly, lots of space to play two wonderful pools with slides and everything for kids, they had an absolutely amazing time! My daughter also had the hammam spa treatment and would recommend to everyone, so relaxing and a lovely bonding experience! The hotel is in an excellent location! Within 10 mins walk of a well known and exceptional mall with all amenities and a continental food court. Walking distance of a pharmacy- less than 5 mins also small supermarket shops with all amenities. We bought a local sim and regularly bought essentials from the local mall. There are ample amount of ways to travel in and out of the hotel. There are taxis on standby awaiting traveller's. An in house shuttle running every hour to take you out to the town center and main square Jema Al Fna within 10 minutes of the hotel and the same shuttle will bring you back after 2 hours to the hotel from the main spot. The hotel has an in-house excursions and activities desk, whom are exceptionally helpful with bookings and information, it is helpful to haggle with them to get a good price. You can get food delivered to the hotel via local app called Gluvo. Also everyday breakfast buffet if you buy with stay at the hotel with a variety of hot and cold yummy breakfast. Great for the family! The hotel is very well known to local taxi and rickshaw drivers and within a few minutes to most of the local landmark sites. A very easy commute! Would definitely recommend to all!

The outdated carpet. Paint chip walls and slightly outdated bathroom decor could do with an update. Though this all didn't really affect our stay!

Very nice we enjoyed our stay the staff is very welcoming and helpful our receptionist Adil was amazing he had amazing hospitality and was so good with everyone! The pool was so beautiful and the slides were enjoyable they have many pools and slides and kiddie pools they also have aerobics class at the pool and many other activities i would recommend this hotel especially for families with children

The pool area is very slippery definitely being some swim shoes or non slip shoes

The pool ,water slides and rooms were very good and very friendly helpful staff. Shuttle service to the centre was convenient. Most of the booking.com reviews were misleading as it was a positive experience for us.

No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. The furniture needs to be updated.

Having a shuttle bus to the centre was great to have, it took away the need to go and get a taxi every time you wanted to go to the centre, The pool was great to have, the kids loved it, The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and fresh omelette that was being prepared on request, along with Nutella for the kids. Excellent staff and very well kept gardens. The kids are asking to go back to that place with the pool so we'll be happy to go again when time permits!

A kettle in the room would've been great to have as I like hot tea and getting tea ordered it will get cold much faster!

Breakfast is excellent we enjoyed all the 4 breakfast we had. We couldn't use outdoor pool as it was cold in Dec month. Less dinner menu to order but still the food is very good. Spacious rooms with swimming pool view balcony.

Bathrooms need upgrade. I have booked the hotel room for 4 nights but when we returned to hotel on the 4th night, entry key was not working then I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key activated. Rooms are far away from reception and no staffs available at all in that building, you need to ring reception if you want something. Dinner only at restaurant, no room services available. I have paid for indoor swimming pool but still they did not allow me to enter the pool saying that I have to pay additionally. Had to fight with staff to get into indoor pool.

We upgraded to a room with a balcony for 800 dirham ( not supplied with the original booking even though the description said the room would have one). the bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious and they’d even put a line over the bath to hang wet swimsuits. The staff were very nice at all times.

The food on offer was very well cooked and prepared but nearly always the same, lots of salad on offer which I like but by the 8th day I was a bit bored with it. Only 1 restaurant was open not 3 as stated in the description. Perhaps this was because we stayed in June, out of season. The spa, gym and go carting were not open.

Everything was amazing!!! The staff, the room, the facilities! The bathroom was sparkling once again!!! I asked 4 hours before our arrival if they could do something nice for us as newly weds and they decorated the room with rose pedals and fresh flowers!!! Everyone is very polite and helpful. I also used the indoor pool which was really clean and warm! It was our second time in a Mogador hotel and we will definitely come back!!!

There could have been more selection for breakfast, and maybe offer all inclusive. However, we did come out of season so it’s understandable breakfast was the same.

I can only recomend this hotel if you like a big outdoor pools and a lot of save space. The personel is very helpfull. Specially Zakia was offered me a very nice room. with swimming pool view. Hotel is maybe not in perfect location but free shuttle bus solve the transportation question. I will come foru sure next time.
