Lovely hotel with beautiful lobby and pool area. Our pool view room with balcony was large and very comfortable, tastefully decorated with nice furnishings. We had a lunch and a dinner at the hotel during our stay. Both meals were well cooked, a couple of the dishes were amongst the best we had during our whole stay. Definitely worth giving it a try! Breakfast is a little random because of Ramadan, mainly what they have available on the day, but it was always very tasty and plenty of it! Massages at the spa are definitely worth a go too, really good! BUT, best of all….were the amazing staff! Every staff member we came in contact with were incredibly helpful and friendly. When they found out we got engaged on the trip, they gave us a wonderful surprise by decorating our room with candles and giving us an incredible bouquet of roses. To the staff at Albakech, thank you for making our trip even more memorable! Marrakech will always hold a special place in our hearts. Merci a tous!

Many of the dish choices weren’t available on the menus, but I think this was mainly due to Ramadan. Dining room was a little soulless, it could be made more atmospheric The location of the hotel is a little bit away from the medina, but it’s a short taxi journey. But the hotel is opposite a decent shopping centre and next to a cinema.

From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel relaxed and welcome, we were served tea in the beautiful lobby, and shown to our room, which was large, and well-equipped with everything we needed, the bed in particular was fabulous. Breakfast every day was great, and different each morning, and the pool was a great touch when we got back each day after a day in the city. The hotel is 5 min taxi ride to the main square, and the team couldn't have been more helpful with arranging taxis, excursions etc.

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Albakech and wish to express my sincere gratitude to the staff. A special thank you to Chef Moumen for the delightful meals, and to receptionists Brahim, Hadil, and Abdou for their attentive service. I'm especially grateful to the entire team for organizing a wonderful birthday celebration for me. The room was beautifully decorated, and I enjoyed a delightful dinner by the pool accompanied by lively entertainment. The hospitality extended made me feel truly at home, and I look forward to returning without hesitation. Thank you for creating such an unforgettable experience!

Gorgeous small hotel. The staff were the highlight. Ibrahim, Noureddine, and Abdul-Zak were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt very at home. The beds were very comfy. The room was fine, spacious and comfortable,. Loved the pretty garden and pool area. We would definitely return. Great breakfasts.

Very little to criticise. Our window didn't lock and our safe was not secure. It just meant we carried all passports and money with us. However the area felt safe and we had no problems with security. The area is still developing but we had the Almazar mall close by and easy access to taxis. A quiet area was a respite from the bustle of the old town.

Additionally, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which really added to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the place, which allowed me to relax and fully enjoy my stay. The only feedback I would have is that there was a slight delay for breakfast one morning, but it didn't bother me too much as I understand that these things happen sometimes. Having had the opportunity to taste various couscous dishes across Morocco, I can confidently say that Albakech's is the best I've had the pleasure of tasting. The arrival was very nice, we got some tea and dessert. The rooms are comfortable and big enough with a very nice balcony. The only negative point is that breakfast only starts at 8 and that whenever you ask something to bring to the room, like ice or a spoon, it takes a very long time. Everything is slow. Besides that I really enjoyed my stay but they can improve on flexibility and speed.

The Albakech Hotel is a remarkable experience. The rooms are impeccably clean and offer optimal comfort. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to help. We had the opportunity to enjoy a hammam and massage with natural cosmetic products, a truly unforgettable experience. Additionally, the hotel helped us organize a trip to the Merzouga desert, a magical experience. I want to thank the entire team at the Albkech Hotel for their warm hospitality. Without a doubt, I am already planning to return and stay at this establishment

The staff at this property were more than accommodating. The breakfast was substantial and had a nice variety. The pool was a perfect size and depth. The sun loungers were comfortable. A taxi into Marrakesh centre was only 50-80 Dirhams depending on the time of day. Couldn’t recommend this accommodation more if looking to stay outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Towards the end of our stay we realised the sliding door to our bedroom did not close properly. We did not mention this to the staff but just something to note/fix. Some of the plates and cutlery at breakfast weren’t 100% clean. Pool towels were not replaced on a daily basis however when we asked we were given fresh towels straight away.
