Arrive at hotel it was lovely, very friendly and professional staff. Treated ourself’s to spa lovely massage options onsite. Had a lovely lounge and bar area. Would recommend hotel, however I arrive on 23 February for week, two lovely pools one for adults and kids pool, although the water was freezing but I’m sure in peak season is lovely and warm.

There could have being an area, were you you have purchase tea or coffee throughout day, they could have utilise the facilities with the provision of a snack bar providing light snacks to guess by pool or in the lounge. Some minor repairs needed addressing, broken tiles around pool, also area in pool were tiles were missing could have led to health & Safety issues. It would be nice if hotel supplied complementary tea, coffee and kettle in the rooms for guest and arrival.

Staff were helpful and friendly

About three night there were loud disturbances coming from next door or not too far away. Woke me up on each occasion and kept me awake until early hours of the morning. It was disturbing as doors were banged which shock the whole building and people arguing. On another note the lace white curtains could do with washing as they were black at the bottom… it this could not have been due to a few months it’s clearly over time.

The staff were so friendly and especially Nour! She was always happy to help and made me feel so comfortable, such a beautiful soul!! The hotel was so clean and relaxing!

I wasn’t hoping to use the gym and I wasn’t made aware before my visit that it wasn’t in use. The breakfast could of been better, the yogurts were warm and I couldn’t see any fruit.

Almost everything! The location is amazing, so calm and clean. The location has a few more 5 stars resorts just nearby, as well as walking distance to a few shops, a mall, and Megarama cinema. The resort is nicely designed, so clean, and the staff were so friendly.

The light was too dimmed in the room, no central light - only the lamps. The washroom didn’t have a fan.

It was a last minute choice, I didn't expect my stay to be perfect as I was checking the rate of the hotel before I make the reservation, which I can't understand after my staying there cause definitely they deserve much better than the actual rate, I would mention that the reception crew were just amazing and professional, helping with every details, the cleanliness of the rooms and the area, the food (I had breakfast and lunch) was delicious, the chiefs and the whole restaurant staff were smiling and helping all the time, definitely will not be the last time cause I'm planning to see you soon ;)

Quiet location. Very friendly helpful reception, catering & room service staff. Room & hotel very clean Had a couple of minor issues which were resolved very efficiently.

No hospitality tray. Spa facilities chargeable. Pool floor tiling & overflow grating required repair.

Staff are incredibly helpful specially Sabir and Nourdinne who was receiving all our requests with a lovely smile ❤️ breakfast was good, rooms are very clean. A perfect hotel in terms of quality price 👌🏽 we Hailey recommended

Excellent and friendly staff, great location central to a lot of restaurants and hotel food was good. Rooms are a good size. Generally clean throughout the hotel and visible to see staff cleaning on a regular basis.

The toilets by the pool were not in a good condition. Like they haven't been touched in ages. Deco in the bathroom could do with a bit of paint

Breakfast was really good.

The hotel room was surprised by the lack of electrical sockets....there simply aren't any! To charge your phone, you have to lean behind the bed and look for where the bedside lamp is plugged in... Because of this, hotels of this category are not really acceptable.
