We had an extremely pleasant stay at this Hotel. The Pool complex area was superb. The room was spacious and the staff were generally courteous.

The Fridge in our room was not working. We reported the issue on five consecutive days, however the matter was not looked into during our stay ! Disappointing because I have medication that needs to be kept refridgerated !

It’s a was lovely hotel , had a beautiful pool and spa and hammam facilities I booked this hotel last minute and the manager at the reception checked us in so quickly I was surprised gave lovely large Rooms opening up to the pool , has parking facilities, very near to a lot of places & malls and souks , easy to get a taxi lovely people of the hotel , the area is nice & also had the Moroccan touch which o wanted !

Slightly needs updating of the rooms the fridge was not working and we asked but no one came to fix it everything else Was fine and we really enjoyed our stay

Restaurant staff, housekeepers and the doormen were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. My son loved the pools and slides. I liked that there was another good sized pool that was quiet.

My personal preference is a softer mattress but after staying in several hotels I see they are generally very firm in Morocco. I also found, like others have that payment wasn’t taken even though booking.com sent an email saying it had been. This led to some confusion with front of house staff and having to pay on arrival.

Nice and quick check in and check out. Nice swiming pool area. Very nice sized rooms and comfy bed. Good water pressure for a nice shower. Good breakfast for morocco standards. Nice to have a small fridge in the room to chill some beverages.

Toilets a bit outdated, no lights in the shower cubicle area and some cracks in the bathtube that was covered with some sort of grout or cement. Card holder to keep the lights on in the room had the lid broken, luckly still worked.

Excellent hôtel, spacieux room with nice view,staff are especially great friendly and helpful notably Samir of reception who made our stay extra special

Amazing swimming pool and poolside facilities. Very good Breakfast. Cosy room. Lounge room was also a great addition too!

Wrong room on night 1 due to overbooking- but Yasmin was very helpful the next morning in promptly getting us to our correct room. Carpets and hallway are a bit dated and could do with makeover.

The service desk people are very helpfull and open for any questions. Specially Nadia, Nisrine and Adil make a stay very comfortable. I can only recomend this hotel for every body. Shutte bus to the centre solve the transprtation problems. I will stay in this hotel during my next trip to Marrakesh Andrew

We had a great time with the activities at the pool and the other guests. The animation was a blast and the staff were very active. Our other guests also had alot of fun and well relaxed. Enjoyed a great breakfast with all fresh food and lots of choices. If any other review has wrote a bad experience it's only due to there expectations and poor people relations. All our 20 guests were more than happy with there stay, and stayed longer than planned.
