We had an extremely pleasant stay at this Hotel. The Pool complex area was superb. The room was spacious and the staff were generally courteous.

The Fridge in our room was not working. We reported the issue on five consecutive days, however the matter was not looked into during our stay ! Disappointing because I have medication that needs to be kept refridgerated !

The stuff wasn't rude actually, but they are "somewhere else" everytime i need them at the receptionist desk🤭 The hotel are very beautiful😍😍 I love the hotel so much, especially my king size room and I was a solo traveler! The room was so big and has beautiful balcony as well. Bathroom also good beacuse it was big and has shower room and bathtub. The lobby very beautiful and the sweining pool😍 I actually love almost everything about this hotel😍 I have no complain about this hotel, I recomended!

There's many bees and flys coming from outside to get the sweets on the table when I went fo breakfast, maybe should use something against it. Breakfast for me a bit difficult since I was not very well at the time I move from a Riad to this hotel, so I couldn't eat much and eggs was the only choice I could eat but this is nothing to fo with the hotel of course.

NO ELEVATOR. HAD TO CARRY ALL LUGGAGE BAGS . STAFF AT CHECKIN COUNTER WAS BIT ADAMANT and not willing to help due to a mistake from booking.com and made us pay at the counter with no courtesy of visitors. requested for rooms to be side by side or on similar floor but was given in two different blocks even though kids age was under 16 and 11. spa services was told that its free but was NOT a part of hotel as was charged extra for services used.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. Although there was a small issue with our payment not appearing in their system, they handled it with professionalism and didn’t keep us waiting. Instead, they quickly offered us a very nice room, with the view of the pool that is beautiful to see at night time we really appreciated the gesture of trust. The facilities were great, especially the swimming pool. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The food was also a highlight – fresh juices, a great selection of fruits, freshly brewed mint tea, and coffee made to order. Everything was delicious and felt thoughtfully prepared. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It’s a was lovely hotel , had a beautiful pool and spa and hammam facilities I booked this hotel last minute and the manager at the reception checked us in so quickly I was surprised gave lovely large Rooms opening up to the pool , has parking facilities, very near to a lot of places & malls and souks , easy to get a taxi lovely people of the hotel , the area is nice & also had the Moroccan touch which o wanted !

Slightly needs updating of the rooms the fridge was not working and we asked but no one came to fix it everything else Was fine and we really enjoyed our stay

Restaurant staff, housekeepers and the doormen were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. My son loved the pools and slides. I liked that there was another good sized pool that was quiet.

My personal preference is a softer mattress but after staying in several hotels I see they are generally very firm in Morocco. I also found, like others have that payment wasn’t taken even though booking.com sent an email saying it had been. This led to some confusion with front of house staff and having to pay on arrival.

Everywhere you go the hotel has lots of space, from the entrance lobby to the rooms and the pools. If you have a junior suite the rooms are huge. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good, though not extensive to a european palate. Poolside snack bar is excellent.

Bathroom design is very poor. The water isn't contained whin the shower base, mirrors are mounted too high for anyone under 5' 6",.

Polite multi lingual staff,two large pool areas, slides, gym, spacious complex, restaurant, bars. Rooms have balconies and samsung television with 82 channels in all languages. Close proximity to a modern shopping centre and old town Medina in the opposite direction. The hotel is exactly like its picture on the website.

If you are going to leave the hotel to go for a walk to Medina, be careful crossing the roads as drivers in cars and motorbikes don't stop on zebra crossings.

Nice and quick check in and check out. Nice swiming pool area. Very nice sized rooms and comfy bed. Good water pressure for a nice shower. Good breakfast for morocco standards. Nice to have a small fridge in the room to chill some beverages.

Toilets a bit outdated, no lights in the shower cubicle area and some cracks in the bathtube that was covered with some sort of grout or cement. Card holder to keep the lights on in the room had the lid broken, luckly still worked.
