First I have to admit although I stayed in very very high end expensive hotels, this Hotel Riad has just beat all of them why? The staff are simply amazing the best kind people you ever meet so caring so helpful. The room is in a magical Arabic building called Riad, you suddenly feel in a very different world! A fairytale world. The room is extremely comfortable and had everything you need ensuite etc… Hotel Well priced. Stunning multi levels of terraces and outdoor rooftop patios. Great way to chill and recharge, Great experience mainly because of the hospitality and friendliness of the people who work at the hotel. The hotel is a beautiful and welcoming place. Almost felt like I had been accomodated as friends/family and not strangers. The common areas are wonderful and very inviting. The best choice i could choose ! I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful. The parking attendants were especially kind, they immediately sent someone to help me unload my car, which made check-in smooth. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness extended to the hallways and the pool area as well. You can really tell that attention to detail and guest comfort are top priorities here. What truly sets this hotel apart is its beautiful Moroccan-inspired design. The cultural elements are present throughout the property, giving it a warm and authentic atmosphere that I rarely see in other hotels. It made my stay feel special and unique. All in all, I’m beyond satisfied — I give this hotel an 11 out of 10!

My husband and I stayed at this truly impressive hotel last year in September, and were absolutely amazed by the opulence, decor, amenities, food, and more importantly the staff, that it was an easy choice to return again this month. The reception staff were extremely helpful with a warm welcome; making our holiday an absolute pleasure upon arrival. A huge recognition needs to be given to Rachid Aimrane. Rachid is one of the many reasons why we returned to Jaal Riad Resort for my birthday this month. He is an asset to this hotel, going far above and beyond in every area with an extremely high quality of service and attention to detail. He would approach us every day by the pool with a friendly greeting, and nothing was too much for him in order to make our stay a delight. Rachid clearly strives for guest satisfaction and this does not go unnoticed. We will definitely return every year to see Rachid Aimrane. Especially as we know 100% with Rachid present our stay and days by the pool will be a joy. The large pool is open 24 hours a day with plenty of deck chairs and cabanas no matter the time of day. The pool staff working with Rachid are attentive and friendly, with drinks and food menus readily available with cheerful, kind, and smiley attitudes. The spa has recently been completed, and I have to say the hammam and massage is the best I’ve ever had on holiday. The spa also has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and a well-equipped gym. Our large room was impeccably cleaned every day of our 7 nights stay with precision and dutiful care with all necessary amenities. With a magnificent view and easy access to the swimming pool we had a relaxing atmosphere in our room throughout our holiday. This hotel is truly spectacular, we cannot recommend it to family and friends enough. The location is perfect with restaurants nearby if you fancy a change from their gourmet restaurant; as well as the Medina and Souk being a short taxi ride away.

Hannan one of the hostesses was very friendly and helpful in guiding us with places to go to. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was large and clean. Good wifi. We exchange rate at the reception was fair and convenient. Evening musician were nice to listen to. Overall the hotel (being adult only) was very peaceful and quiet which was great.

No pool towels after 8pm. Sometimes slow service. Heavy blankets and too thick for the warm weather. The first 3 days the breakfast was served outside which attracted lots and lots of bees. It was off putting trying to take food. I think because of this, they move the breakfast indoors and it was much better. The hotel spa was very expensive otherwise we would have used the services. We were also surprised that we had to pay for the gym.

The decor of the building and the room was excellent. The swimming pool is very impressive and there are lots of beds etc.

The staff often seemed confused by the All Inclusive option. Not knowing at times what you could or couldn't have from the menu. The coffee was generally poor. Either out of a machine or from the pot & wasn't always served piping hot. The food in the restaurants also could have been hotter.

The staff were exceptional in making us feel welcome. Special thanks to Manal, Saleem, Mehdi and Frank for their very personal support during our stay. Every request was fulfilled effortlessly. Jaal is a destination that my colleagues and I will revisit without hesitation.
