We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Slim for his warm and professional welcome. From the very beginning, he took the time to guide us and make sure we felt comfortable. The first apartment we were shown did not really meet our expectations, but thanks to Mr. Slim’s patience and dedication, he immediately offered us another option which turned out to be absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and located in a calm and relaxing environment. We truly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the cleanliness of the residence, and the high level of service we received. Mr. Slim’s availability and kindness made a real difference in our stay, and we are grateful for the attention he gave us

At first, the initial apartment proposed was not to our liking, but this was quickly solved thanks to Mr. Slim who made sure we found the perfect one.

A lovely looking hotel which was good value for our night stay. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful and let us check in early. The room itself was lovely and very spacious. The bed was also huge and super comfy! The pool area was lovely. Shopping centre across the road with a lovely supermarket for anything you needed.

Not the hotels fault at all but it felt like a ghost hotel when we stayed. Only counted 7 guests at the pool and did not see any other guests outside of this time. Maybe it was just the time of year but it just felt erry. Also dead quiet at nighttime with no form of entertainment but maybe we just caught them at an extremely quiet time because I agree there would be no point in organizing entertainment for a handful of guests! Cutlery drawer could do with being cleaned and updated.

It was a perfect location for one night back in Marrakesh before dropping off the hire car and flying home from the airport (about 10-15 minutes away). Lovely pool and plenty of loungers. A clean and comfortable room, if a bit plain. But just right for our needs. Helpful staff - pointed us to the lovely Al Fassia restaurant, a short walk away, for a fabulous last dinner in Marrakesh.

I hadn't spotted that breakfast was extra. 150 MAD per person - would have been 600 MAD for our family of four, which felt a little steep, so we crossed the road to a cafe for breakfast instead. The tiles around the pool are quite slippery - be careful.

Fantastic place to stay, staff all very accommodating nothing is too much hassle. Arrived and we were given a free upgrade to a pool view which was a lovely surprise. The facilities in the apartments was like a home away from home, good size bedrooms. The cleaners were amazing, they go above and beyond to make your stay as stress free as possible. Amenities around about the hotel was amazing, shopping centre and lots of food places to eat, we were never short of choice. Would definitely recommend of staying here again. We had the senior room apartment for 4 people and it was spacious. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday too. Staff were friendly and approachable. The apartment/ hotel compound is pleasing to see and there was a children’s area if you needed it. The apartment/hotel is staffed 24hours and there is a shopping mall across the road which was very handy. The apartment provided basic crockery and cutlery but no electric items. The local shops across the road provided very good breakfast at very reasonable prices too. The area is quiet and peaceful. Jema Al Fena is around 40 minutes walk which is doable - the taxi ride about 10minutes.

Our room was advertised as having 2 bathrooms but actually it was 1 full bathroom and the other being WC and sink. We were told that there were no 2 bathrooms in the any apartment only 1 full bathroom and 1 WC The walls were a bit thin as you could hear everything from the adjoining rooms and from outside. The apartment didn’t provide any electric kettle or any other electric equipment/appliances. We were given a kettle to boil the water on the stove.

The staff were brilliant, so friendly and eager to engage in conversation about your day, or your life back home. Always courteous and smiling. We asked for a late check out on our last day, as we had a 6pm flight. Not only did they accommodate, but also didn't charge us. The room was clean and cleaned daily. We had an issue with the refrigerator in our room and this was replaced by the time we had, had lunch and come back. We enjoyed being able to chill around a pool in the afternoon, after a morning exploring the hustle and bustle of marrakech. If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely use this hotel.

Property was cleaned and tidy well maintained swimming pool was perfect shopping Mall was cross the road with food court as well as KFC and sharwama coffee shop pizza shop and other hot food supermarket like Asda (Morrisions Sainsbury’s type with food grocery all the essentials good is in it ) As well as fashion store virgin media store in the mall Staff house keeping Manager’s was polite and friendly helpful ,excellent service highly recommended, Very good location Thank you to all the staff house keepers and Managers ,

Stunning hotel, the staff were super friendly and ladies who didn’t speak english tried their best to try and understand what we were saying. There is an ATM in the reception area, which is convenient. It was very quiet there, a few people went to the pool and most of the time it was just us there, peaceful area.

No restaurant or cafe on site, but there is sister hotel Palm Plaza right next to it which we had access to.

The staff were so professional and polite. Very helpful whenever we needed anything, they would call taxi for us if we needed to go anywhere and arrange collection for us. We were able to leave all our valuables in our room and NOTHING was touched and that just gave me more peace of mind.

Would recommend taking gadgets with you (tablets, fire stick, etc) for evening entertainment as they only have French and Arabic channels on TV, especially when travelling with children.

I asked for a kettle as soon as I entered my room, I cant live without tea..there wasnt any in the apartment, I was given one lovely cooker teapot on the same day! we have 2 kids so needed extra towels/toilet rolls- all provided within minutes of requesting! I have very happy with the service, front desk staff were amazingly helpful, I asked for my bedding to be changed and this was done immediately which was great cleaning services were the best Iv ever seen at a hotel, they did a daily full clean of the apartment and balcony I highly recommend to families

sofa covers were a bit old and itchy, could do with replacing as old/harsh to skin.
