What I liked the most while staying at this hotel was the wonderful staff—helpful, kind, and smiling. The garden is so beautiful, with flowers, trees, and well-kept lawns. Waking up every morning to birds singing is lovely! My room was very clean and neat.

The internet connection was a bit unstable at certain times of the day (when I suspect many were online).

Top notch tourist hotel with all the luxury and comfort you can expect. Place very clean, very spacious and all facilities modern and well maintained. Didn't use the spa but the gym was proper. Very quiet rooms with all comfort and cleanliness, equal for the hotel itself or the pool area. Restaurant is your typical holiday buffet style, but there is a lot of choice, especially for the breakfast. Overall, Palm Plaza delivered on its promise from the photos!

You are bound to taxis in and out to get anywhere or see anything, but they're always parked right outside so you won't have to look for one - just get used to haggle all the time. Coffee machines at breakfast were often broken or running out of supplies.

The entire place is perfect for a family holiday. The staff were absolutely amazing—everything we requested during our stay was provided with a warm smile. Wafa from customer relations was exceptionally kind, checking in with us every day to make sure everything was going well and offering help with anything we needed.

The swimming pool should be available in the evening with some entertainment as well, since it was too hot to use during the daytime. 😎

This is a lovely hotel, with fabulous staff. It went far beyond my expectations. The rooms are really large and decorated well. Yes there are a few marks here or there but you have to be hunting for them. The food was well presented and there was a good selection. You will have a fabulous time if you stay here.

One female waitress in the bar, but I was not going to let that ruin my stay or make me give the hotel a lower rating that’s it deserved. Some hospitality training is needed there.

I was really pleased with my stay at Palm Plaza and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly and managed to sort out any issues we had. The pool was really big and spacious which was good and didn’t feel crowded even when the loungers were full.

It was sometimes difficult to get a sun lounger and I feel the pool area can be better cleaned and maintained. The animations team were good however would be nice to see more happening as we were waiting around for an activity on some days. We had an issue with the ac not working on the first night however once we spoke to the reception that was fixed instantly.

Breakfast was great! Location was super!

Front desk not responsive at all. Failed to give us a wake-up call at all! Manager at front desk just shrugged when I reported that to him and then walked away!!!

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the pool. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the service was excellent. Pools are big and nice !

the fridge in our room wasn’t working which made things a bit inconvenient especially it was hot and we like our drinks cold. Also the sink was clogged which was a bit annoying.

The Hotel itself, the location with Shopping Mall nearby. The Hotel has ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ service. All employees are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. I'll be back in December with my kids who love the place. Saying hello to Spa girls...

We almost missed our flight thanks to the evening receptionist. I was asked to prepay 300 DH, but a pre booked hotel driver never showed up the next morning.The night receptionist had to organise our lift again at 3am. We had to wait 35 minutes for the available driver.
