Very unpolite person in the recepción in the night of check-in. He was really no service minded person. If you want peace and quiet you should choice an other hotell, because here it is near to the airport and the airplanes are flying often over. The staff in the pool bar don't care to come to you with the order.

Staff was excellent, Guest Relation Manager Mme Sana visited us twice and asked if we need any help, not us but every table at breakfast. Entire staff welcomed with smile whether it was morning or at 3am at night when we came back from Agadir.

Location was absolute, 9 minutes from Airport and 11 minutes from main Market. It’s Huge Hotel with deferent sections so you spend lot of time by walking around. Kids swimming pool beside adult pool, kids play area with right next yo pool where staff Mona would look after them so you would have peace of mind. Lot of trees and greenery well maintained, would recommend to family and friends, and please choose this if you are planning to visit Marrakesh.

The hotel was very well situated, it was 12 mins from the airport, next to a big mall with a huge supermarket and food court, there was a pharmacy practically next door, a beautiful relaxed type of water park less than 10 minutes away and then a more traditional water park with huge rides around 15 minutes away. The pool was huge with a wide ledge that the water overflowed into making a perfect splash pad for toddlers regardless of where you were sitting, and there were plenty of loungers surrounding the pool. The hotel had beautiful courtyards in the centre of each block of rooms which had lush flowering vines growing up between each section of rooms as well as other attractive landscaping. The staff were very polite and helpful, and it was a real pleasure to stay there.

Although the property was beautiful it did have signs of wear and damage to some of the furniture and high traffic areas. The beds although huge (bigger than a UK super king) were very firm, they could do with a mattress topper or just getting a medium firm mattress. I found that although I fell asleep easily, if I woke up I couldn’t fall back to sleep, it wasn’t comfortable to sleep in as people sometimes like to do when they’re on holiday. Our party of 4 adults all felt the same about the beds.

I had a wonderful stay at Adam Park Hotel Marrakech. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool area. The hotel’s Moroccan-style design adds a unique charm, and the atmosphere throughout the property is both relaxing and elegant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurants served excellent food. I also really appreciated the convenient location—just a short drive from the Medina and close to other key attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Adam Park Hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, service, and authentic Moroccan ambiance.

I had an excellent time at Adam Park Marrakech Hotel and Spa. It is a lovely large resort complex with a large stunning pool, 3 onsite restaurants and proper onsite Spa services. It all looks exactly as it does in the website photographs. I booked the superior suite for 3 adults and it was a spacious suite with a very large balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and everything was always spotless. The breakfast included was a stunning buffet with a wide variety of cooked and continental breakfast foods as well as a Moroccan Pancake station and a traditional omelette station. The staff at breakfast were very attentive especially Hichem. The reception was open 24 hours a day and the reception staff were wonderful and helpful, particularly Abdellah Talbii. The location is excellent as it is just on the outskirts of the city, in an area with several modern resorts. It is also less than 10 minutes away by taxi to the Medina (a one way journey costs 80MAD or about £6.00) and it is very easy for taxi drivers to find. An added bonus is that the resort is off the Avenue du 7eme Art which has a 24/7 convenience store 3 minutes walk away, as well as other small cafes and shops. The very modern Al Mazar Mall is also nearby: it is only 7 minutes walk away along the same safe main road with its own cafes and restaurants as well. I went to Marrakech in mid February for 5 days: it was warm with temperatures of 18 to 24 degrees with both cloudy and sunny skies. However be prepared for unheated outdoor pools to be cold- it was too cold for us to swim outdoors in February but that was still ok overall. The Wifi was also excellent all over the complex!

Despite how good everything was I was disappointed to only have bottled drinking water in our suite on the first day. We stayed for 5 days and when we asked for more water we were advised that we would have to buy it. Overall this is still not too bad: we just purchased bottled water off site and took it back to our room.

Sana is a great guest manager. Very personable and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Mr Abdelhamid, the restaurant manager was amazing. We're vegan and he took his time to ensure we were catered for correctly. He always welcomed us with a smile and took time to make sure we were ok. Adam Park hotel exceeded our expectations. In more ways than one. Excellent attentive staff, great breakfast options for vegans and great location to the centre. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The hotel provided sovereign shop, clothes shop, gym, etc… which was absolutely great. The breakfast facilities were excellent. The hotel location was away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, in a quiet area. The staff were very polite, professional and the house keeping staff were brilliant at their job. The reception area as you walk in had beautiful deco.

The location is perfect and the overall hotel atmosphere is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. What i liked more is the breakfast, the food was well cooked and tasty especially the bakery.

They have a valet car parking which is good however they keep the keys with the staff which I would not recommend. Usually in other hotels they return back the keys to the client.

Hotel good. Comfortable rooms big. People helpful. Food good. Especially the Italian restaurant. Not far from centre in cab.

Slight smell (twice only) in room shower/toilet of sewerage but only for 30 mins. Shower didn’t drain one day but they came immediately and fixed it. Didn’t replace the bottle of water each day. Spa is awful. Massage awful. Hamman wasn’t enjoyable. Death by steam. Pool freezing cold. It was 36 degrees when we there so it was bearable as so hot sunbathing but yes freezing!!!

I had a great stay at Adam Park Hotel Marrakech. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Guest Manager Sana, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. She made sure everything went smoothly and truly made me feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the excellent service!
