We stayed at the villa with a private pool, which was amazing. The villa is grand and blew us away. If that was not enough, the staff at Lodge K are so friendly and helpful. The whole experience was terrific. For a family with young kids, it's the best place.

We are a family of two adults and two children. My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday while we were staying there this October 2022. It was late at night when I realized I hadn’t packed some balloons. Sonia and her team went above and beyond the call. They created a beautiful balloon arch for her. Which she called her birthday throne. They prepared a delicious chocolate cake for her topped with sparkles. The fireside dinner we enjoyed there was one of the best we had in all of Morocco. The restaurant service is top tier. But it’s not just the amazing concierge that set Lodge K apart. Tucked away - from the moment the gates open you are awestruck by the lush grounds. We stayed in the lodge with pool and the villa far exceeded any of our expectations. There really aren’t enough words to do this justice. Just book it and see!

We stayed in the Egyptian Lodge and it was the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. The decor was amazing and it was big enough for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

Lodge K offers Very large and nicely designed rooms! The rooms are really impressive. Some of the best designs we saw! The pool is large and very pleasant. The staff is very kind. They are trying very hard to meet expectations.

Poor attention to details from the hotel. From checking-in to pool chairs, we felt the hotel was lacking customer attention. From breakfast to Dinner. We felt we were always missing something. Everyone is extremely kind, but they need more staff or better training. The current service/hospitality level is not "luxury" or "5 stars" compared to other hotels at the same price in Marrakech. Weak hospitality level: it all comes down to details. We could not find beds/seats around the pool because all the beds/seats were given to people who purchased day-pass (nonhotel clients). No one came to check on you regarding towel needs or any other things you might want to order. You have to ask when you need something. And this applies to anything during the stay. Food quality and offerings are poor. Only a few rotating items on the menu every day. Some were good, but most were OK. They should revisit their food offering and match it to the price they are asking for.
