Breakfast was great with very helpful staff. Tennis was easy to book. Drinks were great and had a good vibe overall

Location is a bit far out from the main part of the city, but free shuttle makes up for it. Wish the waffle makers was more available and the pool had a heater as it was a bit cold. Gym was good but could do with a bit more equipment

All the members of the staff were professional, helpful and all smile. I loved it and i would recommend to anyone. I surely would book again and again.

The receptionist at the spa needs to extend the same welcoming to Moroccans as to foreigners. I went to get splurged on while waiting for my family to get back from carting. The service was extra warm for the foreigners than us. We were ignored. In my line of duty, I work with customers. That kind of behavior is non negotiable from my staff. She should get some hint from the guys at the buffet counter. Too bad, I just took my business and my money where it was appreciated.

The hotel is great. There was entertainment for all our family from 2 years old to 60. Food is tasty and rooms are really comfy.

The fridge in the room was too noisy. And they don’t serve tea or coffee for dinner. I had to go to bar station to take some tea for my parents to have it with sweets after dinner.

The all inclusive was worth the money and saved a lot of time and hassle trying to find suitable food outlets to eat at, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the shuttle service was easy and handy to use, the grounds was very picturesque and lovely to walk around.

On the first day out room’s sink was blocked and it took the hotel a day to sort it out which meant it delayed our plans the next day as the sink was unusable, the shuttle service only had a few slots, and the two restaurant options only allowed once visit, so you could only book the Moroccan or Italian restaurant once. There should be more snacks available during the day for those that miss the lunch time buffet.

This was an excellent hotel and brilliant value for money. Staff were amazing and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Great for a short stay. Don’t listen to negative reviews on the food being the “same”, it’s only the “same” if you choose the English option every night, they had a great selection and variety.

We loved the pool and the setting the gardens were beautiful and well maintained. There was always something to eat and the staff were so attentive

The cockroaches !!!!! We only saw two the first one we contacted the desk who sent someone up to deal with it. They put tissue in the gaps around the door frame. On the last morning very early we saw another around our suitcases which made us very anxious that they would have been in our clothes etc. When I got home I took my case outside to empty it!!!!

Breakfast was good, a lot of variety, staff was nice and very quick replacing everything. Although very big did not feel overwhelming. Good entertainment for the kids, pool Is super, a lot of chairs for everyone.

Fruit options needed throughout the day. The bed had a hair inside and the linen had a lot of marks, super nice lady from housekeeping dismissed It, took the hair with her hand and promissed that she had made the beds clean that day… didn’t change them! Cleanlyness around the pool and gardens could Be better. Staff in the recepción could be nicer and attentive, my niece hurt her lip in the pool, i asked for a cloth napkin or small towel, they simply denied it not showing any care. Luggage room hás no security, they don’t even provide you with a ticket..

Rooms are spacious with terrasse or balcony The external swimming pool is very nice Many place to stay and have a tea or coffee surrounded by nature

For the level of the hotel I found missing some basic stuff like coton , cotton buds, the towels were not suitable ( small and the quality to review , one per person with no small additional towels for hair …) The covered swimming pool was normally a good plus for the hotel when we did our choice but it was actually not clean , facilities were defective and the person in charge not welcoming at all So I would recommend the hotel works on this small things because the rest is really good so that will give more value to your customers

Had the best week staying at Riu Tikida Palmeraie. The room was so spacious with 2 wardrobes, and the beds were comfortable. Fresh big bottled water was provided each day complimentary in our room. Just want to say that the staff really makes this place, they are so friendly and helpful and have the best energy - just want to give a special mention to Amine on the pool bar as he really looked after us, and to Amin, Kau and the girls (sorry if spelt wrong) for bringing the best vibes and energy to the entertainment during the day and evening. Read some reviews about the food and drinks not being the best, but we found them nice and the food suffered slightly everyday. A range of drinks were available and staff were happy to fill up refillable cups. The hotel site itself felt really safe, which security around which made us feel extremely safe - Thankyou. Plenty to do on site, daily activities, the pool is huge and there’s a gym, tennis court etc. just want to mention as well that the site was really well maintained and clean. We loved everything, the amazing food, the staff, the pool…. we would only like the pool to stay open until 20:00 in winter - 18:00 is too early after excursions and activities. About the cleaning in the room was good - we just believe they really need to clean under the beds more often and under the furnitures, is really dusty there - and usually where our kid hides. We stayed for a week and only 2 nights we saw 2 small cockroaches in the shower and we killed them. But i think those small creatures are ‘normal’ in places like that. Maybe some nettings would be wise? Also would highly recommend some balanced ventilation to not ruin the rooms with moisture. Otherwise everything was fine. We will come back
