Our recent stay at **Le Palais Riad Berbere** in Marrakech was truly exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Marrakech can get quite hot, especially during the day, but this Riad offers the perfect escape. With its beautiful **big swimming pool**, we spent our mornings and afternoons relaxing and swimming, soaking in the serene atmosphere. The Riad’s ambiance truly captures the essence of Marrakech, making it a delightful place to unwind before heading out for evening explorations. What made our stay even more special was the warm hospitality of the owners. Being a family-run establishment, we felt like a part of their family from the moment we arrived. **Patric, Oumayma, Khaled, and Fatima** were always there with genuine smiles and were incredibly attentive to our needs. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel right at home. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but Le Palais Riad Berbere was perfect for our family. The welcoming environment and the spacious pool provided endless fun for the children, allowing us to relax while they enjoyed themselves. Overall, our stay at Le Palais Riad Berbere was a fantastic experience that we will cherish. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, warmth, and a true taste of Marrakech, this Riad is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

Everything. From Partrick the owner and the staff. Everyone was brilliant. Breakfast isn't great because there are bees everywhere however this doesn't stop me from rating this place as brilliant. Don't expect luxury style hotel but it's more of a family style hotel. My kids loved it. I wasn't going to rate this high but during my holiday I stayed at 3 different locations and my kids couldn't stop talking about this place. The calm and family love they experienced. They felt safe. Annoyed the hell out of Patrick's dog and he never said anything to them. Place really felt like a home and Patrick was a brilliant host. Always available for a chat and exchange experience.

Breakfast. Too many bees but get your omelette and lovely moroccon tea and you will be sorted. Plus they only during a period there. Think they stop coming after October

I suppose it depends what you want but what this hotel provided for us was amazing. 1. Hospitality- amazing, they could not have done more for us. Lovely people. 2. Swimming pool-superb size and our teenage boys spent hours in there. The pictures don’t do it justice. 3. Gardens- really peaceful with birds chirping. Lovely grounds. 4. Rooms- absolutely fine, very quiet and yes they perhaps could do with some refurbishing but this is Morocco, so without sounding pompous, manage your expectations. 5. Taxis into the main square are well organised and only 100 dirams (£9) each way. 6. Alcohol is an issue and f you like a cold beer like us. Again, we adapted no problem and respected this but if you do like a cold alcoholic drink then, you will have to get your taxi driver to stop at an off licence and stock your fridge up. 7. We booked quad bikes and walking tours which were great but there’s lots more to do that the hotel will help you with. Overall, a great accommodation away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning and amazing experience . We felt right at home and well taken care. Patrick, the owner went above and beyond to help us out with our rental car situation. We definitely would go back and stay much longer for our next Moroccan visit .. Everything was perfect. Besides all other delicious traditional moroccan food, you must try the spaghetti bolognese. So, so amazing. Oh boy nearly forgot the amazing breakfast .. So, so,so much to eat, just unbelievable and soooo delicous … A big thank you to all of you to have made our stay a memory for life 🙏🙏👍👍👍…

Everything was perfect 10/10. They have everything covered you need from room service to laundry, iron, hair dryer and WiFi was 10/10. Huge thanks to Patrick and Umaima and rest of the staffs. You will not be disappointed if you travelling as family or couples then this is the place with huge swimming pool outdoor with restaurant on site and then a private pool inside, I was in room 500 and I can say it was flawless. I will be staying here again even as a solo traveler because of the convenience. Best money ever spent

Everything was perfect, no flaws

The property is beautiful and spacious. The outside area and pool are lovely, with access to the restaurant area to buy food and drink. The bedrooms are very large, as is the bathroom. The whole place has a very pleasant relaxing feel about it. And I can’t speak higher of Patrick - he was extremely helpful, helping us locate taxi drivers, and lending me cash to pay for the taxi. Charlie the dog was also a lovely addition to the place - absolutely adorable!

It wasn’t a dislike of ours, as we knew it would be out of town (and that’s what allows all the space!), but you will have to get a taxi into town.

This is by far the best hotel i have had a stay at. We arrived after a chaotic cancellation by another hotel in Marrakech city which left us a bit stranded. The welcome we received from Patrick and his team was exceptional and exactly what we needed after a chaotic arrival in Marrakech. The hotel itself is a beautiful piece of architecture. The setting is magnificent with a impeccable garden and large pool. The main square is only a 15 minute drive away, but you feel like you're in a small piece of the garden of eden, away from the beautiful chaos that is Marrakech, yet close to it all the same. The staff is very kind and gave a thorough explanation of do's and dont's when visiting Marrakech. Patrick gave very useful information about the best ways to transport to and from the city, around the city, to the airport,... Places to visit, ... Be sure to ask them for tips when you arrive, especially transportation wise they can save you a big hassle! The hotel restaurant provides both authentic dishes and dishes for the more picky eaters ;). Due to the amazing quality of the food we ate here most of our stay. In summary: This hotel is perfect for a visit to Marrakech for families, couples and solo travellers. The food is excellent, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is the most kind i have ever met.

Nice place with a definite family vibe. I felt like being at home. The owner and his crew are great, attentive and willing to walk the extra mile to fulfil everyone's needs. Premises are a tad outdated but well-decorated. Great pool and games to play around such ping-pong table, volley-ball court, etc B-fast was healthy and good and the Moroccan cuisine served by the restaurant at night is very good.

Great quiet location but you need a car or to take a cab to go to the Medina (~ 15 min , 50dirhams)

Patrick and his fabulous team made us feel welcome the moment we stepped into this beautiful Riad. An oasis of calm & tranquility on the outskirts of Marrakesh withing easy reach of the Airport, Medina and the main roads. The rooms are simple but very tastefully decorated and well equipped with a large comfortable double bed, fridge and toiletries. The private terrace overlooking the gardens & pool are lovely. The 2 pools and gardens areas are fabulous & well maintained including good pool side loungers, a lovely outdoor dining area, a table tennis table & a volley-ball court. The kitchen team are excellent as is the food they prepared.

If you're wanting the full Medina experience this might not be the place to stay but it is perfect if you want to relax & enjoy wonderful hospitality in a fabulous Riad only 10minutes away from the craziness of the Medina

The room was spacious, with a large King bed, lots of storage, a mini fridge to keep things cold and a beautful terrace to enjoy the evenings on. The bathroom was nice with a large shower and large mirror, there was a decent hairdryer too. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and did their best to help us whenever we needed it. Patrick is a super host, he made sure to ask how we were getting on when he saw us around the hotel, plus his dog Charlie is very cute and friendly. The breakfast was superb, a wide range of different sweet, savoury and fruits available to take at your leisure with chefs there to prepare more dishes at your request. There are 2 pools, one in a courtyard and one outside, both are kept clean and both are pretty big with plenty of room for multiple people to swim. There is table tennis, volleyball and other games to play to keep you busy. The food they serve is freshly prepared, very tasty and is a very fair price. The grounds are also lovely and secure too.

Nothing, the hotel is nice but Patrick and his staff really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.
