We had a lovely time staying at the MO in Marrakech and we were very spoilt from the minute we arrived, including an upgrade from a Suite to a Villa including the butler service. No request was too much and we had a wonderful time ! Thank you to everyone, especially Zack, Ayoub & Fiona !

Swimming pools needed warmer water.

An amazing experience. An all-villa hotel. The villas are superbly appointed with private swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff are uber-friendly, food and facilities are great. One of the best bits is you get a private WhatsApp channel to your very own butler! The hotel is very green and back to nature; super relaxing.

Nothing really. If I was being picky, I didn’t warm to the fact that none of the patio doors in the villa (of which there were three) could be locked, so behind the main villa door, everything is always open. This just felt a bit weird, although it probably underlines that it’s very safe. Certainly there’s plenty of security around.

The whole place oozed class, sophistication and attention to detail. Incredibly attentive staff. Food of the highest equality. Gorgeous pool. Our suite was incredible. Couldn't fault it.

The only issue we had was that the cost of dining was too much. When you have to pay £25 for a sandwich, and dinner costs close to £100 a head without much booze, it's too much. We ate out a lot which was fun and easy to get taxis. Overall it didn't detract from an incredible trip.

Facilities and Staff were excellent. Ling Ling restaurant & breakfast very good. Will definitely return

Lovely hotel, our villa style room was beautiful and much better than I expected. Our private butler Abdullah went above and beyond to provide us with a truly unforgettable experience. Make sure you spend time in the Spa as it is fantastic

A few more dining options would have been nice

One of the most beautiful hotels in Africa. Just stunning! Outstanding facilities, delicious food & fantastic customer service. Great kids club with varied and fun activities. I can’t fault this property. Would highly recommend.

There was nothing we disliked!

hands down the best resort I have stayed in! EXCEPTIONAL service! stayed in infinity pool suite! cannot fault a single thing! the butler redwan was amazing! made sure our trip was great! planned day out with itinerary.

Everything! The staff was so friendly, the rooms and the property were exceptional, the food was delicious. Definitely recommend staying in the pool villa, it was unbelievable. We will definitely return!
