The villa was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The private pool and tranquil surroundings made it feel like a true sanctuary. The highlight was the warm and attentive service, especially from the manager, Adil, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The spa treatments were also top-tier, and the overall ambiance was luxurious and peaceful.

It would have been amazing if the swimming pool was heated, especially for evening swims. Also, a few of the kitchen appliances could use modernising, and a printed guide with instructions and local recommendations would have been a nice touch.

Very spacious villa in a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were with a group of friends and we had a great time. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of local Moroccan options. Private pool and garden was nice to relax.

Although it is a 5 star hotel, we felt there were some things that could be improved. Furniture in the villa is a bit outdated, and despite having a kitchen in the villa there were barely any cooking utensils so cooking for yourself would be challenging. Room service was VERY slow, you are better off getting the food yourself. No ATM available at the property. Pool was ice cold, no heating available

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, including everyone from the front desk and housekeeping to the managers, buggy drivers, and security. Communication with them was effortless. The villas themselves were spacious, cosy, and private, offering spectacular views. Our stay was peaceful and provided the relaxation we needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience, accommodating every request we made. The breakfast was diverse and well worth the extra cost to have it delivered to our villa. The quality of food from the restaurant was also good. As a group of six females, we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness throughout our stay. This villa offers exceptional value for money and is conveniently located, just a short distance from the airport and the main attractions of Marrakesh. It truly lives up to its 5-star rating. Asma and Mohammed, as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff, made our stay so pleasant. The facilities was clean and assessible to all the things we needed to do. Everything was great, our experience could be better if cleaning times for the villa and pool could be at a fixed time that would be great.

The staff here are absolutely exceptional, Adil in particular was very helpful for us and always assisted with any issue we had. The breakfast here is exceptional and the chefs are highly-skilled, able to cook anything from traditional dishes to modern too. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, the staff at the restaurant are really pleasant and always smiling. The facilities are good too and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The efficient cleaning ladies and housekeeping staff were always keeping the pool and villa in great condition. The on site security is very good and made us feel safe. The fact that the location is only a 15-20 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech makes it an amazing and peaceful retreat. All in all it was a very relaxing stay and we will definitely be coming again. Thank you Al-Maaden!

Everything about this property was great! The villa was located in a secure resort. The villa was extremely clean upon arrival and room service was available everyday to maintain cleanliness. A pool cleaner came by every morning to clean the pool. The pool was completely private and not overlooked by any other villas (we requested a private pool when booking). Staff were very kind and hospitable throughout our stay. Breakfast included a variety of high quality local food options which were delicious. We made use of the spa which was lovely and great value for money. Already planning a trip back this beautiful place.

The property is beautiful , well maintained, it could be more modern for the money but the pool and facilities are amazing. The staff was so attentive and nice I absolutely will come again.

The deco could be modern

It is a beautiful place. Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is extraordinary. The welcome basket of fruit with a selection of nuts etc was a nice surprise.

It is easy to get lost among all the beautiful villas. I suggest more signs or arrows on the ground to help with the direction to reception etc.
