large rooms with comfy beds and a balcony Pool restaurant and bar was nice, tasty food and cocktails. Pool area was quiet and plenty of sunbeds, although not sure what it would be like in season. Beds were comfortable. We had dinner included and the food was very nice. Alcoholic drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel. Restaurant staff were friendly Unfortunately we had to rush breakfast as we had an early flight so we were waiting for the restaurant to open and not everything was available, but as we were leaving, the majority of the dishes were available and it did look good. The location is a fair way from the centre so it depends what you are looking for. If I had a week and wanted a mixture of city and chill, I would definitely come here again. We only stayed one night as we were travelling around and it was our last stay before going home.

Check in staff were not super friendly, no smiley faces here! No water in the room The spa facility was okay, been to much better Hammams in Morocco. No tea or water offered after which is unusual.

We stayed at La Maison des Oliviers for 5 nights and had an overall enjoyable and relaxing experience. The setting is stunning, and it’s a great place to unwind after exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech. • Beautiful hotel grounds – Lush gardens and well-maintained surroundings created a peaceful, resort-like feel. • Lovely swimming pool – Spacious, clean, and perfect for cooling down. Lots of sun loungers and beds were always available. • Peaceful atmosphere – The hotel was quiet and calm, ideal for relaxing without crowds or noise. • Room upgrade on arrival – A thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture that made our stay feel special. • Tasty breakfast – A nice variety of traditional Moroccan and continental options, including fresh breads, pancakes, eggs, cheese, salads, and sausages. • Helpful reception staff – Friendly, polite, and professional throughout our stay.

If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic escape with a beautiful pool and relaxing vibe, La Maison des Oliviers is a great option. There are a few areas where service and room maintenance could improve, but overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff were really helpful and polite

We had a private pool it was great but we couldn’t use it as it was dirty. The dining area needs a good interior designer as it’s a little drab. The courtyard area needs a little more colour to make it vibrantly Moroccan. A good interior designer and garden designer could massively impact this hotel and take up to another level.

The architecture of the complex is stunning, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated in Moroccan style, and cleaned daily. The pool was perfect size for a good swim and slightly heated, which was essential in late November (not all hotels in Marrakesh offer this by default). Breakfast was really good. Despite some previous reviews mentioning the lack of cooked options, this was not an issue during our stay - they prepared omelettes or eggs on demand. The coffee machine and juices were excellent. Overall, everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

A few cons: The hotel is located in a relatively poor neighborhood that is currently undergoing reconstruction, so it may improve in the future. There isn’t much within walking distance, but we did find a good local restaurant and café less than a 10-minute walk away. Entertainment options inside the hotel are minimal, so it will only suit someone looking for some quiet downtime. As for the bedding, proper duvet covers would be a welcome improvement over the current sheets. Access to the hammam was only available as part of a paid treatment package, which felt unusual since hammams are often offered as a standard amenity. Having said that, these are minor issues, and they didn’t take away from our overall wonderful experience.

Everything else! Was perfect location for a bit of peace and quiet. The restaurant food was outstanding, the staff all very friendly and welcoming. We got a free upgrade on arrival and the room was huge with great facilities and aircon. I have recommended the hotel to many people since returning!

Everything was great however one minor criticism is that we would have liked a little more hot food options at breakfast as the photos showed that omelette were available but we found this not to be the case.

The hotel is conveniently located 15minuets by car to the Medina. The hotel is really quiet you wouldn't know your near the centre of Marrakesh. The pool was perfect size with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were adequate. The staff are incredible helpful with booking activates and transport.

The hotel does have an issue with bees at breakfast . Don't know how that could be resolved. Lunch time food service could be a little slow but when arrived was nice.

The architecture of this hotel is absolutely beautiful! The pool and surroundings, the grounds, the room, everything! On arrival they upgraded us to a suite with a beautiful large balcony and very large room and walk in shower. The staff were always so kind and helpful and smiley! They have a shuttle bus that goes to the Medina for 30 dirham each in the day or 50 at night which was so good! Just book it half an hour before you want to leave. The food at the hotel at breakfast, lunch and dinner was just brilliant! I took my partner here for her 30th and booked 4 excursions during our stay and had a chilled day around the pool too! A lovely experience visiting Marrakesh and would definitely come back again! Honestly don’t have a bad word to say and could write so much more!

We were really glad to stay here after staying in the medina. The place is lovely. They organised all our taxis. They don’t take card, only cash or else they put it all on a tab and you pay when you are checking out. Dinner didn’t have a lot of options. Breakfast was good besides the fact all the flys landing on the bread. Air con wasn’t great. Room was superb tho. Not very soundproof. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The setting was like an oasis, beautiful gardens, pool and spa the bedrooms were clean and we loved the daily towel decoration as well.

We were not told when we arrived that we could use the ac as a heater so we spent the first four nights very cold! More information about what was available would have been great, for example at breakfast we found out on the last day we could order hot food!

Wonderful pool which was gently heated. It was a great place for R&R after the craziness of the Medina. They were very helpful with booking grande taxis to the station, airport, etc, and also shuttles to the Medina (15-20 mins). Other properties charge more than they should, so I thought it was very honest. Drinks were reasonable for Marrakech. It was lovely to be serenaded by birdsong. We did have a problem with our bed, but if you tell them they will sort everything out with no problems. There are reasonably priced lunch options at the pool bar.

There was a lot of rubbish in the old olive grove between the hotel and the road. This really detracted from an otherwise really peaceful location with lots of birdsong. There weren't many choices for dinner at the restaurant and everything closes at 9pm, but I recommend the Couscous Royale.
