Very cute rooms and nice pool area

Location was not great, as we thought after finding the hotel on booking.com. Taxi to/from centrum is 200MAD each way, each time. In the nights more expensive to get to the hotel.

Absolutely idyllic. No traffic noises, hotel was nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful but not overbearing. Rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast was fresh and light, lunches were ideal. Drinks whenever we needed them - and cheap too! Had an incredibly peaceful time. Will definitely be back.

The spa could be improved, perhaps some music and ambient lighting. Masseuse didn’t clarify which massage I’d booked, and I presumed she knew - so received a different massage to the one i’d requested. Otherwise a fantastic stay!

Very beautiful hotel area, quiet and calm, very few people, the only nuance is that the airport is nearby, sometimes planes fly by, but very rarely, so this is a very good place for those who want peace and quiet. It's only 10 minutes by car to the center. Very tasty breakfasts.

The rooms are actually old, but cozy, judging by the quality of the photos, it seems a little different. The nuance is that you can book one room based on a photo, and they will offer you another, we were a little upset about this.

My credit card was charged for £78 for deposit said by the reception and will be refunded when I checked out but still now my money is not refunded to my credit card,which I think is not right think to do .I want my money back please

The property is pretty. It needs a few small improvements as it isn’t completely new anymore. It’s perfectly located if you want to take a break from the busy city or your are own your way to the Atlas Mountains. This was the second hotel out of 12 we stayed at in Morocco that a great beds and pillows. The breakfast was much better than expected after reading some reviews. I would say one of the best we had during our trip. The property offers a great experience in the evening with all the sounds of animals and clear sky. it’s bit far if you want to go daily to the Medina. And the staff is super polite and helpful. They were so sweet and kind.

The garden could use more water but that’s also silly to say considering the weather. we were overall very happy with the stay.

Palais de l’O is a bit of a hidden gem if you like tranquility, the pool and terraces are lovely and not at all busy during our stay even though the hotel was full. The breakfast served each morning had something to please everyone and ordering lunch or dinner was made simple & tasted lovely. We had a super room with a balcony on the grounds a little distance from the main hotel and close to the beauty salon offering a great massage and the popular Hamman (a must try). Staff were all so friendly and helpful all the time and our room was kept clean daily. We would return.

There were no complaints only observations. Taking the taxi from the hotel into the Medina and back again was an expense we didn’t think about before our arrival and as there is no other means of travel we spent a considerable amount on them.

Very calm , relaxing ! nice swimming pool , big room , yes far 11 KM from Marrakech city but, it’s a plus for those who want a calm and refreshing! food is fresh ! a complete Menu lunch or dinner 15 EUR , fresh breakfast! required for family or couple who enjoy calm and get refreshing ! staff - persons are so nice ! reception , cleaning, restaurant really nice people with smiles ! ! a day is longer ! so you will feel that you are off / vacation !

Breakfast was excellent buffet each day, varied and as much as you would like.Work was being done to refurbish sun loungers and the tidy the gardens. This was great to see it being updated.

Facilities were great hotel was really clean and well maintained.

Location is a big factor. It was circa. 20km away from Marrakech which was costly by taxi. There were hardly any taxis locally. Additionally, you cannot use a small taxi from Marrakech at night it has to be a grand taxi.

The bed was comfortable and big which was great. I liked that it was a bit outside of the busy city therefore providing a relaxing atmosphere .The facilities were nice. the swimming pool was my favourite!

The rugs were old which then changed the rooms look. some of the towels had stains, I could tell they were clean but stained. The food- not much choice.
