Excellent behavior by every single employee of the resort. From the manager to the waiters. All of them were very generous and sympathetic. They actually care about you and about the reputation of their resort. Every single interaction with them exceeded my expectations. Also: The architecture, the food and the music was Moroccan, which was exactly what we wanted.

Pool water a bit cold

Very quiet hotel outside Marrakech , 20 minutes drive . Best place to have rest in very confortable and clean rooms . The hotel staff were tremendous , from the front desk , to the sauna and the restaurant-bar . Special thanks to the manager Youssef . I definitely recommend this hotel

The Hotel is really beautiful and all staffs are really professionnals ! The Manager is always there for you and facilities provided were really great! The 2 pools are superb and it's also easy to go to medina with the shuttle service really less expensive than taxi! The little shop is a plus

Not a lot of vegetarians options in Menu except salads

A lovely place to spend a relaxing few nights. Easy airport pick up (30 min drive). Staff were exceptionally nice, without being overbearing. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Large outdoor pool with loungers and Balinese beds. Indoor heated pool and sauna free to use, and massages can be booked - mine was great. There's also a small gym and library, and a large terrace to relax. Room was large and well appointed - comfortable bed with extra bedding if needed, air con and heating, seating area, balcony, table and kitchenette. Breakfast was ample (hot and cold), and dinner was nice too. Lunch could be taken by the pool which was nice. The bar served a good selection of drinks, and there's also a small honesty bar/shop opposite reception which is helpful. The staff can arrange tours if needed. All in all, a great stay. Out of the way of the noise of the centre.

WiFi dropped occasionally in the room. Hot water a little temperamental.

Beautiful place. Yes, it’s some distance from the centre of Marrakesh but it’s perfect if you want quiet. The staff are so kind and friendly …like every single person! They were also incredibly helpful in arranging excursions, answering my questions, etc.

Staff here are amazing. It's a lovely tranquil setting. Food is incredible. Shuttle bus was a great bonus. Fantastic value.

Was a little quiet in the evening post dinner. Towels were not changed in the room.

About 30 minutes from main city. The place is beautiful. Staff was very courteous, friendly and humble. Daily shuttle that takes you to the city at minimal cost. Highly recommended.

No bidet for muslim in washroom to clean up.

lack of wardrobes/ draws/ timing of supermarket shuttle / too many children’s cereals - no muesli- otherwise ok.

The staff is very friendly and always making sure that we have everything that we need, a perfect place to stay with the family. They love kids!

The wifi is the only thing that was a bit unstable and needs an improvement.
