I like the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

A bad check in experience. My visa card didn't go through. I called my CC company immediately and they said that the problem was not at their end but at the hotel. I have been using this particular card throughout my stay in Morocco and the only place that was declined was at the Hotel Plaisance. The hotel does not accept AMEX. Fortunately, I had cash and had to pay by cash. Immediately after checking in I went out to get gas for the car and paid by the same visa card and it went through. The bath towels were very old and dirty looking. The bathroom door didn't close. The shower head was not still and kept turning towards the wall.

The hotel was amazing , swimming pool and a big private car park just in front of the hotel for safe parking which was great for parking my motorcycle and I could leave the luggage on it ,, the staff was the best ever he even took the time to order me take away from down town and had it delivered to the hotel for me ( had a long day on the motorcycle and didn’t fancy riding into town for food ) he couldn’t do enough, it’s an amazing hotel and everything you’ll ever need 👌👌

The staff were very friendly and very caring. We really appreciated the hospitality that we found at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and very spacious with mirrors and cupboards for storage. The breakfast buffet was great no complaints.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. The guy on reception and his colleague were super nice and helpful. They recommended a restaurant for dinner (Black Pepper) which was also pretty good. The reception manager put me in a cab to take me there - nothing was too much trouble. Good job!

May be better with a full restaurant service, but it is well surrounded by restaurants and snacks of all kinds in the vicinity.

The staff is super nice and professional. The pool was well maintained. Breakfast was good for the price and it was quiet at night.

There was mold in the shower and toilet. Good bleach and scrubbing would take care of the issue. I put this on the ownership and not the staff.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the Hotel, the breakfast buffet and especially the pool.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast freshly prepared every morning. The double bed was huge and comfy! Shower was strong and hot. Pool was all to ourself during our stay. Staff was exceptional and happy to help at all times. Would stay again.

Air con was leaky but didn't distract from the positives.

it was quiet and restful. The staff were welcoming to us, despite the fact there were many functions going on at the hotel. the staff also made a really good recommendation for dinner in the Medina. the room was large with lots of space
