Swimming pool was very nice, and sitting around it was relaxing. It was good to be able to order a beer. Breakfast had a good choice. Staff were friendly and helpful, but weirdly didn’t understand why a guest might want to have a taxi booked for them. Smoking was allowed virtually everywhere, even where food was being served. There were ashtrays in the bedroom corridors, which smelt of smoke. We were shocked that Accor would permit such a thing in 2025.

I love you all at Ibis. I always drop off here when I come to my home meknes . The staff are like family ! I love you all sooo much. A lovely lifegaurd taught my daughter how to swim , soo a big thank you Mr.Noufal and we can't wait to return back soon Inshallah. And a big Thank you to the reception staff , Mr.Faoud presenting the example of customer service and exceptional support throughout our stay. I have never felt so safe and loved before. Great hotel, staff were fantastic and helpful and friendly at all times. Good location too. Only downside was not having a fridge in the room. This would have improved the experience for water etc

I enjoyed the view from all sides of the hotel. I enjoyed sitting near the pool and All the staff was really friendly with me. I am planning to travel to this hotel again. The hotel was recommended my a friend and it was a very good recommendation. I would like to say the staff members fouad, munsif, younis, Ayman, naseema, nissirin, idrees, widat and najat were really good. Thanks alot for the hospitality.

There is nothing I didn't like

Service was excellent overall. Well mannered staff, very respectful and they listened to our situation since we were there for a wedding and would have arrived late at night.

The juice did not taste good, after an hour it tasted spoiled. If it was squeezed juice than they should do a taste test before bringing it to the breakfast table. This does occur regularly for hotels and restaurant during the summer due to the heat. Should be a bit more careful though.

The hotel staff make my stay exceptional they are very supportive always smiling I was fully satisfied Many of stuff members they help me and support me always

I stay in hotels all over the world and I never leave reviews, however The staff are all absolutely amazing from top to bottom, , monsif and Ismael made a 3*** hotel feel like a 5***** hotel. The young ladies at the front desk are also so helpful and accommodating. 10000

The location: within a short taxi ride from the railway station; between two sides of the city, short walk to cafés, restaurant and very near fast food. All in all convenient.

Some of the shower, bath fixtures could use some remodeling; an update.

That there werent bathropes ,enough towels,no iron , wellcoming water bottles there was nothing They charged me more than it shown here
