I had an amazing stay at the Radisson Apartments, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, always going the extra mile. I was so satisfied that I decided to extend my stay, and even in the busy month of August when everything is fully booked, Amin at the reception kindly helped me secure the extension. Rachid was also fantastic, giving me great recommendations and suggestions about the best things to do in the area. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I will definitely return again for sure. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing time during my stay at the resort in Saïdia. The accommodation was excellent: luxurious, modern rooms that were very well maintained. The swimming pool was always clean, and there was constant lifeguard supervision, which gave a great sense of safety—especially for families with children. Security around the resort was also top-notch, with personnel present everywhere, making you feel safe and at ease throughout your stay. A big compliment to the entire staff! Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Mr. Amien, front desk supervisor, Mr. Mostapha from the concierge department, and Mr. Abbas, the restaurant manager—a truly great guy. They really went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. In short: a beautiful resort, excellent service, and definitely worth coming back to!

All is well

The residences have two pool areas that make it less busy which was great. The two room suites are awesome. And the studio was very large too for a small family. The bell men were very attentive and the staff was great. The location was ideal for families without a car-we walked to the local market and restaurant/retail outdoor area which was by the marina. The beach and activities are within walking distance.

I wish the restaurant brought the food out to us within 10-15 min-every time we ordered, the food took almost 1 hour to come to us. Only beverages were quick. The restaurants menu also wasn’t always 100% in stock. And the waiters were not knowledgeable if something was not available on the menu. The bathroom needed more cleaning and when we showed the cleaning person where it was dirty, we came back to find the same stains on the walls. I was able to clean them with a Clorox wipe.

The location is great and the staff was perfect , starting with Asmaa the public relationship manager that welcomed us and helped us get our suite very fast The suite was always clean thanks to fatima zahra fares ans Safaa her manager We loved having our breakfast every morning thanks to Abass , khaoula , oussama and fatima zahra who perfectly took care of us and our little baby boy We were in radison bleu houseima and many other 5* hotels and i can say that you have the best staff ever, we will comback for a longer period for sure thank you

The location was very good , just near to the beach , marina saidia and marjane . I like the gesture of staff to give us an upgraded room due to my honeymoon stay and make a decoration with flowers ... ( want to give a thanks to Hamada for this ) The pool was just great place to stay (clean , calm , equipped with everything you need to relax ) The staff was great and very helpful from the check-in to the check-out
