Lovely hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, a great pool, and a very child-friendly atmosphere. The team was helpful and went above and beyond. Special thanks to the reception ladies, the technical support guy and to Bilal from the restaurant. Last but not least: Reda was truly outstanding — kind, professional, and always solution-driven. The hotel is lucky to have him.

The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and there was no food available outside of main meals — just a few pastries around 5 PM, which was very limited. This doesn’t meet the expectations of an all-inclusive stay. These issues seem more related to hotel management decisions, as the staff did everything they could to ensure guests had a pleasant stay.

1) I was on all inclusive but I don’t drink alcohol, I was expecting a Moroccan tea and coffee option available all the day. The coffee offered during the day was poor quality out of powder machine. To get a good coffee or the Tea (bag only) you have to wait until after 18:00 pm which was not convenient. 2) The room keys has an issue and got deactivated very very often as soon as they are close to the phone, it was bit annoying changing them every time

The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were amazing—always fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety at every meal.

We felt it was a bit inconvenient that the hotel didn’t provide a shuttle to the beach, especially since we didn’t have our own car. During dining times, it often felt a little disorganized, as some guests would take most of the food early, leaving fewer options for those arriving later. Perhaps a better system could be put in place so everyone has the chance to enjoy the full variety. It would also be nice if food were not allowed around the pool or in rooms, as this sometimes created a mess and made the area less clean. Other than that, the food itself was very fresh and delicious, and the staff was very nice and friendly!

I had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu Garden Saïdia! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is well taken care of. A big thank you to the incredible animation team for making our holiday so much fun and full of energy! Saïdia's Radisson Blu was a hilarious blast! Clean and charming, with Soukaina as the kids' club animator, my little one had a pure joy explosion, the DJs (Mohcine) & the activity animators (Omar, Mohamed, and others) were pure energy, setting the stage on fire, literally! 🔥Friendly staff and Food was great ! Let's not forget Madre Tierra, our anthem of happiness! Overall, this vacation was great wrapped in laughter. 🌟

The resort is beautifully maintained with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is spacious and very clean, perfect for families. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping service was consistent. The location is ideal for a peaceful getaway and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach

It was an exceptional stay thanks to the wonderful staff in this hotel! Fadwa was very kind at the reception and Mohammed at the restaurant is one of the kindest and professional person you'll ever meet! Other than that, all the staff were super friendly, the cleaning people, the animation... We enjoyed every single moment of this stay!
