This hotel is clean has spacious room. Hot shower is available and also there is very good service. The management is cooperative helpful friendly and professional. I stayed here for 4 days if I can add more days to stay I would . This hotel is close to the center of tetouan which you can find peace and a lot of stores and nice places to visit . Everything is available and close you can send money to yourself and pick it up in any agency there are a lot of them close. Also, you find restaurants and breakfast places close by . I love the fact that this place still active till after midnight and it’s very safe around a lot of police and safety staff around I love this hotel the location is strategic and amazing thanks for the management they welcome everyone

Said made our second stay at Hotel Regina memorable and fun just like the first time we stayed at Hotel Regina . Said is a special man who is very helpful, very friendly and kind. He's also a lot of fun and very caring about his clients happiness while staying at his hotel. As mentioned in my previous review, our lovely room with huge terrace was an ideal place to soak in the stunning views of the city and Kasbah. We would highly recommend Hotel Regina, it's central and close and very comfortable in every possible way. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thsnk you Said, we hope to see you again one day soon. We'll always stay at Hotel Regina if we ever had the opportunity to visit there again.

We loved the size of the room with enough space to put our things. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious but we didn't have much hot water on some days. The huge balcony gave us amazing views over the city towards the Kasbah. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony because the view was so captivating. The breakfast at the cafe next door was very nice and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

No hot water sometimes but it was okay as the weather was warm.

Some of the decor in the lobby and other parts of the hotel presents typical Moroccan antiques. The rooms are spacious, simple and clean. The hotel location offers great access to many interesting places. Whilst this is not a luxurious hotel, it is a good value for the price paid. The staff are courteous and kind.

Leaving the area of Tetouan, and traveling onwards to the next destination of our holiday where we are not having a good experience right now 😭 We will go back next time to this hotel!

The hotel is located at the heart of Titouan with everything you need in terms of attractions, shops, restaurants, transport and markets. The host Karim was nice and helpful with anything you might be wondering about. Good luck with your studies and future, hats off to you Karim!

To be honest, there was a lack of hot water at times and where it is needed most, namely in winter.

The gentleman who was on the hotel reception on arrival and on the following morning was beyond excellent in his service. He showed us a local eatery for some food as most were closed that day, he took us to the roof so that we could see the view and was fantastic entertainment to my 14 year old. When we needed to leave he also got us a taxi to pick us up and take us back to the ferry port at Tangier.

There was nothing to dislike about this charming little hotel.

What was amazing about the property is the view from the terrace, the mountain view was amazing at night. Also the location was close to everything Staff were nice especially “SAïD” they accepted luggage hold after check out

It wasn’t well equipped, poor equipment would be nice if it has the basics

It's worth mentioning that this is not a luxurious hotel, and surely the one must realise this when paying the rate, however it's a perfect accommodation that offers a very clean room and extremely well located stay. Above all, the staff are very welcoming, friendly and kind.

I regret not staying more than one night. However, I will be returning in a few days and stay 3 more nights 😉

Everything was great. The price. The views. The location. The staff. The cleanliness of the room.

I didn’t feel 100% safe walking to my room at night as a solo traveler. The halls had censored lighting that sometimes wouldn’t turn on so I had to walk through with my phone flashlight. Secondly, the top level has a common area where other travelers can sit and they often hang out the window on their phones which also overlooked my balcony. So I didn’t feel comfortable relaxing on my balcony. Room 246. Just ask if you can have another room if it bothers you too.

The place is amazing, in the middle of the city with an incredible view. the staff are friendly and professional, the warmth welcoming of receptionists and their help. We really had a good time ,the stay is unforgettable. thanks to all the team for their effort to make the place more worth it. we will back for sure.
