Well, where do I start? This was my third visit to Morocco and from the first moment when I was collected and escorted to the hotel was so courteous. The Riad is simply wonderful. The photos do not over egg the pudding. This is simply superb. Absolutely wonderful bedding and linen, a really wonderful shower, loads of lovely hot water. Wi-fi is excellent for keeping in touch with your friends. And, did I mention the bed? Superb. This Riad is tucked away but once you get your bearings you are literally less than 8 minutes walk away from the Palace and the surrounding area. Mutawassim and Farah are superb hosts. Without a doubt……SUPERB. I will stay again for sure. Safe travels my fellow adventurers x

This is a Riad inside a medina, so if you're looking for a true Moroccan experience, this is it! The staff was great and friendly and they had an "unofficial" guide, Mohammed, who is very friendly and helpful. Especially getting around the labyrinth that is the medina. The room was very nice and clean. For people who are challenged with movement, please know that the only way to the rooms is a staircase, there is no elevator.

The only problem we had was getting back to the ferry port. This Riad works with a Taxi driver and when we told him what specific port we wanted to go to, he said he knew because there was only one port. Well that turned out to be false and he took us to the wrong port. We had a choice of purchasing ferry tickets and arriving to a different port and then transferring once we were back in Spain or to grab another cab for another 1 hour ride to the correct port. We chose option 1 to purchase ferry tickets again (same ferry company) that had a free bus transfer in Spain.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Al Manantial. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Riad lived up to the traditonal Moroccan experience. Breakfast was excellent. Getting to the Riad from the parking was hard, given the old medina streets. However, the Riad dispatched someone to get us. That was very nice of them.

The Manantial is the best riad my wife and I had the opportunity to stay in. Nabil was absolutely exceptional with a sense of service which surpassed our expectation; he anticipated our needs and his kindness is unmatched.

If you are travelling with big suitcases ask for assistance in advance because the nearest parking is a bit far from the riad.

Beautiful Riad in a very accessible location in the Medina. Room was authentically beautiful and very spacious and clean. The staff were really helpful in so many ways and made us feel so welcome in this city. Farah at the front desk was delightful and helped us with anything we asked, Mohamed helped us to find our way around the Tetouan Medina many times and introduced us to many locals. Would want to return to Tetouan to stay here again!

a beautifully preserved road and oasis of tranquility. great breakfast. Farah and Mehdi were great hosts. they known all about Tetouan and arrange a guide if wanted at a reasonable price. we came to buy traditional artisan works and they advised about prices.

the riad is on the old Medina and to reach it you have to walk a short distance through the souk. Best to call them in advance of your arrival They ensure a guide will pick you up, lead you to a nearby parking and leads you to the road, also carrying your luggage.

This accomodation is amazing! As our ferry was 3-4 hours late we arrived to the riad at 6AM. They welcomed us despite that at that time it wasn’t check-in period. The room was really authentic, the building as well, beautiful. Normally vreakfast is until 10AM, so we decided to miss it and sleep instead (check-out time is noon). So when we were heading to check-oit they informed us that they prepared us breakfast and we can still sit and eat it. The host woman was so nice! We truly recommend the place!

Unbelievably beautiful riad, the mosaics are breathtaking! Owners are nice.

It was quite difficult to find and the rooms are quite dark (lack of daylight) and cold (January). The breakfast was also not great, one of the worst we've had in Morocco. (no fresh orange juice, no warm elements like eggs, just coffee which wasn't great)

We felt we were staying in a palace, the morisc arquitecture is very beautiful. So beautiful Riad! located in the old medina very centric and near the main attractions. Mehdi was extraordinary and very friendly providing great customer service. He speaks fluent Spanish. The breakfast was delicious. We will return!.

Mehdi, Farah, and Lubka(?) are wonderful. Pleasant, helpful and very kind. Very clean with quality bedding. There is a man, Mohammed, who assists with guests finding their way around the medina. Very nice and always there when needed. Roof top terrace is lovely in the evening.
