It will be difficult to explain what we did like as we are so disappointed by this property. We booked it as it was on the main street in Zagora. The rooms in the photographs looked new and there was air-conditioning. We did receive a room with air-conditioning and a fridge. Everything else didn't happen as it was planned.

I don't even know where to start... We booked this hotel to stay there, as we were part of Rallye du Maroc and the rally stayed for three days in Zagora. We arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon after driving all day for more than 12 hours and we were greeted by a girl who tried to explain in very bad English that we didn't have a room there. Long story short: after more than !!one hour!! of translating Arabic/English in Google, we understood that they gave our room to someone else because it was not paid when actually, we paid for it one week before arrival, but what wasn't paid was the city tax that should be paid at the hotel. She tried to convince me to cancel the booking and I really would love to do that if it wasn't paid already and all hotels in Zagora were full already because of the rally. After another 30-minute negotiation/translation, they gave us a room, but the girl at the reception said that we need to pay 2400drh (~240 Euro) for the city tax which is 2 euros per person per day. There were 10 people coming from the rally and this situation and conversation were the same for everyone. So I would definitely not recommend to anyone that is not speaking French or Arabic to bother to book a stay there. The room was spacious, but not clean. All the furniture was dirty/ sticky. The bathroom was small, but ok. It was convenient to have a parking that was locked during the night, but very difficult to enter/exit as we were with L200 and the street is quite narrow.
