Absolute gem of a place, hidden really well in the peace and quiet of the palms. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. They provided an excellent 3 course dinner and buffet breakfast, and arranged for someone to show us round the gardens that make up the palmeraie and the old village of Amazraou, which was fascinating. There are 2 swimming pools that were warm enough for us (even in March) and a very lovely roof terrace to relax on. The whole building is beautifully constructed of mud and straw and decorated with Berber designs, quite beautiful!

Could do with some hooks and a shelf in the bathroom.

The warm welcome and wonderful hospitality was a feature of our visit. To the extent that we were given a guided tour by the father of the house of their off-site gardens and efforts to be self sustaining with food despite the ravishes of several years of drought. This was important for us to understand the way of life of the Berbers. The Riad pool and surrounding garden were a calm and delightful oasis of peace and quiet. Our room with its small balcony was just right. Dinner and breakfast were most wholesome and tasty and the ambience of the Riad provided a serene atmosphere. Just lovely.

The experience was good because they have two swimming pools so you can enjoy your privacy when you want to swim. It was a wonderful green space and there are various sessions either overlooking the green space or the pool. In general, it was a good experience.

To be honest, the food was not good, the chicken was not good and the breakfast was average, I have tried other hotels they have higher quality food than this Riad, I think they should improve the quality of food served..

I was welcomed by big smiles, open arms and warm hearts, great music around delicious mealtimes, calm quiet serenity, palm grove wonder, birdsong, charming and professional family ambience with all options available.

Some lightweight comfortable sun loungers and chairs will be appreciated on my next visit in autumn.

What a beautiful place. We ended up booking two more nights as we loved it so much. Would highly recommend staying for a few days and making use of the beautiful pool and gardens -a true oasis experience. All of the staff were so welcoming and we couldn't have felt more at home. We will definitely be returning when we are next in Zagora. Thanks so much.

We appreciated the very warm and friendly reception and the place is well organized for both dinner and breakfast. All staff members were friendly and the food was good. Dining areas were nice, both outside and inside. Our room was fine, complete with a small balcony looking over the pool area and fully functional bathroom. This place has a real homey feel to it. We loved it. I got the feeling that the other "customers" (and there were many) were happy as well. It was a bit of a rough and narrow drive to reach from the main road, but there was parking available and it was well signposted. The local guide arranged by the hotel was very nice, but we didn’t appreciate the “shopping” experience which was part of the tour. (I would suggest that the guide asks at the beginning whether the guests are interested in shopping.)

We would have appreciated seeing a "menu" or listing of what was available for dinner and breakfast when we were ordering. All the food looked good (and everything we had WAS good) but the ordering process was somehow haphazard without knowing the options. For instance, the salads looked great but we didn't know when ordering that a salad was an option. The same was true of the fresh fruit option for breakfast. Maybe just a blackboard for everyone to view or a list when we check in would be nice?

Paradise! :) What a beautiful place. We stayed here one night with 2 kids, but we could have stayed a week! The hosts were so welcoming and very friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Also, the food was delicious both at dinner as breakfast. Beds are comfortable with cosy blankets for the colder nights. We will come back!

This is an excellent place to stop in Zagora. The highlight is the sea of palm trees surrounding the Riad and making for a great contrast against the swimming pool: quite a spectacle when you arrive. We found this riad to be really clean and overall very comfortable. The guys running the place are young and do their best to make you feel at home, and they succeed at it. When we arrived the riad was almost fully booked by a larger group, so the manager made sure we could have our own intimacy by arranging for our dinner to be served on the rooftop (meaning they had to take all the food 2 staircase up). Very much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and huge.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Morocco. For the price I couldn’t believe how amazing the place was! Absolutely beautiful surroundings, really cool building, rooms were super clean, rooms smelled nice, and good showers & toilet. Staff was so kind and helpful and we even had a free tour at the end of our first night. I could have stayed here for at least a week. It was great.

Very nice hotel room inside of a complex located in the lush green oasis of Zagora. Easy keys collection from the reception desk. Clean and large room with the balcony and the view on the pool and the oasis. Free car parking inside of the complex. Nice pool free of charge. Tasty breakfast and dinner in the garden by the pool. Good location, easily accessible with a passenger car, well marked access road. Run by a very friendly and communicative family. Strongly recommend for the unforgettable experience.
