We stayed at the hotel for two weeks in February 2025. The hotel is very conveniently located (5-7 minutes by taxi from the Shwedagon Pagoda, Sule Pagoda, and the zoo). The hotel is not new, which is especially noticeable in the bathroom (the walls need painting) and in the smell in the room, but we got used to it. The shower pressure is very good, there is hot water. The rooms are quite large. The furniture in the room is of good quality (a large wardrobe, 2 beds, a bedside table for TV, bedside tables. There is no kettle, but hot water and everything you need for a comfortable stay are brought upon request. I would like to note the very attentive, very friendly hotel staff! They made our holiday in Yangon unforgettable!

Couldn't have been better, for the price and location. The staff were so friendly and helpful, it really made us feel at home. The rooftop restaurant and space were perfect for relaxing far above the busy Chinatown streets. Great restaurants and markets within walking distance, and Sule Pagoda very close by. Perfect in all ways, thank you so much to the staff for making us so welcome! This is the only home I need in Yangon.

Is near China town 19 streets only 5 min walk Bed is comfortable Buffet is not bad is Mymamar food . They change me another bed room more comfortable and aircond is cold Staff with smile

U can hear noisy outside ..especially 5am in the morning people they start work. If the windows more thick hotel is 100 % perfect Wifi bit slow at the night time

Good location in China town ( China town is …. China town …so it’s a choice ) helpful. Smiling. Very interesting Myanmar breakfast on the terrace. Staff Always available. Some of the employees Speaking English properly. A big room.

Too many mosquito... Hotel doesn't provide mosquito net. Room are not sound proof. Can hear people talking in corridor.

I would like to say thank you to ouner and friendlu stuff of this hotel! Big fresh rooms, fresh bed sheets, towels, and so on. Nice stron aircon. And especialy i was surprised with roof top restaurant. And breakfast. Nice nice people. Much love!!!

Everything is great here. Staff always friendly and helpful, good location, rooms spacious and clean. I've stayed several times and have nothing to complain about. Always coming back here when I am in Yangon!

Location and stuff are perfect. Also there is a good restaurant with the best Tom Yam soup 10 meters left from the hotel. There was a breakfast and everyday housekeeping:)

People from the hotel were extremely friendly and super helpful with everything that we needed. Location was also very good.

If you don't have us dollars to pay for the hotel then in local currency is much more expensive than booking show.
