I stayed here for first time on my first ever visit to Yangon or Burma! My initial reliance to stay here was the hotel location and offered room rate. I must admit that I was extremely pleased with the stay - excellent service from all staff across all departments, and the yummy buffet breakfast at Spice Brasserie with Burmese, Chinese, Western, and South Indian food! Besides this, the hotel room was spacious, neat and tidy, gym, spa, outdoor swimming pool, convenience store, lounge bar, and 2 other restaurants. I will come back to stay here again, and will not even bother to look up for other hotels.

Swimming pool close at 7pm, which is quite early if you are busy during the day.

This is a fabulous hotel - rooms are well equipped and the beds and linen are of high quality. The breakfast is of the highest standard with a great choice. The is a fun bar in the basement with a live Filipina band. The best thing about this hotel is the staff who are delight - efficient, courteous and friendly; such warm lovely people. I’d like to give special mention to the following for their impeccable service: Reception - Wutt Hmone At breakfast - Khaing Wint Shwe and Myat Ei Mon (grace) Be it business or pleasure I highly recommend this hotel

We had stayed at Park Royal before and would most certaintly do so again. Everything about the stay was wonderful especially the staff who are exceptionally carring and polite. We could only say that the stay did not exceed expectations because we have been before and knew what to expect.

A factor of the issues within the country over the last few years is that the number of tourists have reduced. So some of the evening buffet meaks that had been available in previous years were not present. However, the other eating options were exceptional.

There has never been a better time to stay at the ParkRoyal Hotel. The breakfast has 'awesome' choice catering for Asian and European tastes. The rooms are super comfortable and the staff so kind and helpful. And, all of this on a budget price.

The staff are excellent and very attentive to your needs, The executive rooms are very spacious and have everything you need including a conference lounge with complimentary food and drinks between 6 pm and 8 pm. The bathroom is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of foods every morning.

I was on the fifth floor and it needed a hood airing in the corridor and I asked for an air freshener for the room , after 24hrs everything was good 👍

The hospitality by the staff was amazing. Customer first was the approach for every customer.

Sitting in Lobby can be improved a bit more. For example, if there are more than 2 people who want to sit together, the seating arrangement is not conducive.

We really liked the comfort, the value for money, cleanliness, attention to detail and overall, the staff were superb. I never knew how hospitable the Burmese people are.

I have no answer for this question. The stay was magnificent.
