Pros: - quite ok price for the area. - location is in the heart of chinatown. 3 streets away of the popular 19th street with many bars and restaurants. - friendly but a bit insecure staff as they don’t speak a lot of english. - white, clean sheets. - window could be opened. - nice views over town. - rooftop restaurant with view on shwedagon pagoda. - elevator. - complimentary toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, tissues, water, etc… - tv, a/c, electricity plugs on each bed side. - no carpet! - hot water with ok pressure. - shops and restaurants outside. - taxi airport to the hotel was 10$ (get it from the main road) - very silent (curfew 00:00-04:00) - wifi was working ok.

Cons: - old bathtub with rusty leaking shower. - water ran all over the floor. - shower curtain with stains of rust & fungus. - one tile missing on the bathtub tiling. - old, shabby toilet seat. - light switch was defect (constantly on!) so i needed to use the main fuse to switch everything off at night. - you need to walk up one level to the first floor for the elevator. in general i was very happy to stay there. they were friendly and tried to help with the light issue. besides it was close to 19th street and sule pagoda.

The hotel is quite well located in downtown Rangoon, the staff was nice, the room had spiderwebs in the ceiling and nearby the toilet (I do not think that it is difficult to get rid of them)... Breakfast was fulfilling...

There may need a deep cleaning...

The breakfast is very good and tastes also all except able. Location also very good for shopping and food hunting.

The voice can hear inside or outside the room if abit loud ( eg. Baby crying voice can hear outside the room)

Friendly staff, right from the security guys to the young ladies at the reception. They went out of the way to assist & all with a smile. The girl at the reception helped me book a cab & also shared know how on certain things i sought.

The staff were friendly and helpful from the time of arrival through to departure which helps to make an hotel stay

Though good value for money the hotel is definitely in need of refurbishment. Also the free WiFi needs to be be reliable.

It is nice place for stop in Yangon for a few nights. Rooftop with a nice view. Breakfast was poor. Reception on the 4th floor, Elevator. Hotel need some renovation.
