The place is very clean, good location, tasty food and the staffs are nice. The view is really good.

I had to pay 20 dollars extra cause I didn’t mention in the booking there will be two guests. I took a deluxe family room. I have found it really weird cause I am paying for the facilities of 3 pax in the room anyways then why I had to pay extra.

The hotel is very good, and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are delicious, and the choices are wide. One thing that might bother is the low temperature in the room at night. During winter, the AC is used as a heater.

The breakfast/dinner hall has an amazing view if the valley. Eggs in demand are a plus..

Misunderstanding about «sunny side up», baked beans too sweet and strange mix of fried vegetables. Small adjustments needed: only mushrooms & tomatoes and less sugar in baked beans

The room was huge, the view was incredible and the facilities are very good.

Not really something to complain

The location was perfect. Such a wonderful view from my room. The staff were incredibly attentive. Definitely the cleanest accommodation we had stayed in while visiting Nepal. Just perfect.

Wide options of buffet which was served hot and excellent view from seating place. Food was good and service though slow was good, at least staff did not forget what was asked from them. Rooms were clean and big with plenty of electrical sockets to charge your devices. View of Himalayas from the balconies were beautiful.

Lack of fitness center and sauna. Absence of lifts and arrangements for elderlies who had difficulty walking. Poor internet band width and non functional TV sets. Lack of showers in swimming pool which was not properly managed, water was mirky and heavily chlorinated.

I stayed with my two teenage daughters for three nights. Despite being at the start of the Dashain festival and busy, the staff and management were very active, professional and attentive. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a lot of variety with changes daily; and the view from the room's balcony was fantastic. The outdoor swimming pool, though s little small, enabled great views of the mountains, too. I would highly recommend this resort, and hope to return!

Great breakfast, nice location.

The food rate on the menu does not match the quality of food. There needs to be a better balance, value for money.

The food and location were perfect, especially the momos! The view was incredible, even when it was cloudy and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was a perfect place to spend a few days relaxing and recharging.

We were charged for additional water, which was disappointing but not surprising. There also could be more attention to details in cleaning corners of rooms
