Location 10 minute walk to airport but due to busy area and heavy suitcase I opted to get a taxi there and then used the free hotel taxi to the airport. Spacious comfy rooms. Excellent ground floor restaurant with bean coffee machine.

No hairdryer in room. Complimentary breakfast on first floor was poor selection and unappealing. I opted to pay in the ground floor restaurant- excellent value for money and much better option than the complimentary option. I had planned a lie in but for some reason reception phoned and woke me at 7:30am to let me know breakfast was available on floor one - I had been told this at checkin and was not pleased to have been woken up.

Upon landing in Kathmandu I was tired and not sure where to go to get pick up from Hotel. When I got outside everything went perfectly. They picked me up and drove me to hotel seamlessly. The men at the check in desk were great! They took me to my room and helped me get aquatinted. The bar and restaurant are open 24/7 which is great if you want a nightcap after a long flight. The breakfast and restaurant staff are five star. So pleasant and helpful. It was very clean and bedding was lovely. Mind you this isn’t a five star as far as ratings go but for me it was 100. Sometimes it’s the experience and staff that make the experience. Highly recommended if you are a simple traveler looking for a clean, friendly hotel with a superb breakfast. I will be back.

Can’t say a bad thing

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always available and with a smile on their faces. The room was very comfortable, i had the cable and air conditioning with a window that gave me a beautiful view. I had breakfast at the hotel and was very satisfied with the quality of the products offered. The position was perfect for me because it was a 5min walk to get to the airport. I would recommend!

For 2 times I have already booked the Apex Business Hotel in Kathmandu, it is just a 5-minute walk from the airport. I thank the entire team for your friendliness, helpfulness and hospitality, Sushil has upgraded me yesterday and I got a beautiful modern studio on the 6th floor overlooking Kathmandu. Café /Restaurant is small and fine and super cozy, food and drinks very well, Cappucino recommended. Thank you I'll be back

We booked the hotel for its proximity to the airport and also the Pashupatinath Temple at walking distance. The staff was very friendly and available and the food we tried (Nepali dishes) was excellent. We had a comfortable stay for one night and could easily reach the airport in few minutes with a free hotel shuttle.

The location is great, literally a three minute drive from the airport (it would also be walkable if you did not have heavy luggage). The hotel will arrange a van to take you to the airport too. The room was comfortable enough and very spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Walking distance to the airport and Pashputinath Temple, the room was very clean with a good shower. The staff have kindly stored my large bag whilst I went on a short trip to Bhutan. Very friendly and courteous staff.

A very, very slight scent of smoke in the room. It didn't affect my stay and I would come here again.

Hotel unable to process card payment due to the machine not working. Had to pay cash. Was troublesome and does not auger well for a Hotel providing accommodation for.business purposes.

Breakfast was good though there was not much choice. Location was good as it was near the airport and we were travelling the next day
