Staff was good and friendly and was so trusting in guest that allows us to pay later during checkout. Dropped our luggage until room, guide about the room functionality. Breakfast was complementary and was actually good and free drop to Airport which makes our experience smooth.

Just in the morning, during the checkout. Ground floor washrooms were untidy, not flushed and tap was ruined and not fixed. Guest notice small things and taking care of this little things, makes it memorable for customers.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations; it was better than I anticipated.The location was more convenient than I thought. It’s close to the airport and easy to find. Additionally, the hotel transportation service was excellent for reaching the hotel.

The internet connection was a bit slow. I think it could use an upgrade. Currency exchange services were needed and would have been very helpful. Adding this service could enhance customer satisfaction and attraction.

The hospitality of the hotel owner Bikram was truly amazing. It was the Tihar Festival holiday and I learnt alot about Nepalese things from him and he even presented me a farewell sash!! The Chicken Bryani was the best Bryani I have eaten in my life. The kitchen really whips up amazing food!!

The TV wasnt working during my stay there.

The staff was really helpful as I had a long challenging day. The location and service was worth the price for me. Clean nice room & hot water in the shower, haven't always had that in Nepal though it is often promised. I recommend this hotel.

My room had everything it needed. It's useful to have a restaurant inside the hotel. They paid my taxi to the airport because their shuttle was late.

There are two staff members that speak very good English but communicating with others is really difficult.

They allowed me to leave my bag straight after a night bus, they allowed me to have breakfast the night before because I was leaving early the next morning.

Very thin walls- noise from the street but most importantly since 6am from the staff, which is something that can be easily changed.

Staffs were very helpful, food was nice, location is next to airport and the hotel provides pickup and drop off service.

Cleanliness and interiors can be improved.

1) Good location from international & domestic Kathmandu airport 2) 15 minutes walk to airport 3) hot shower 4) they agree to prepare breakfast earlier (because of early flight). Thanks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the room was adequate. Also the airport taxi shuttle service was very quick.
