The location has been perfect to me.It"s at the center of Kathmandu .The Airport and The Pashupati Temple is just 5 minutes away. Great Ambience .I really liked the Roof- Top view of Kathmandu .The Indian and Nepali cuisine is delicious . The staffs were Friendly and welcoming .Highly Recommend.Its the Value for money. Will be at this property whenever I am at Kathmandu 😊

A very comfortable stay - excellent in fact. Room was great - top floor overlooking Pashupati Temple. Bed excellent as usual. Great location to get out and about - restaurants, bars, cafes. taxi stand right outside hotel.

It was a perfect location for city tour, exact centre. Went to pashupatinath everyday as it was only 100 metre away. Lastly, indian food there felt indeed indian.

Perfect location, directly across the Pashupatinath temple. Beautiful vibes from the hotel and the most helpful staff. Siddharth and Mr Pant at the front desk were excellent hosts and made us feel at home and very comfortable. The hotel will forever hold great significance in my life since I celebrated my 50th birthday here.

Staff really nailed it! They were so kind and nice every time we needed something. The building is modern and clean and so were the rooms! The hotel’s restaurant has really good food! Delicious and really good prices in case is your first day and you are really tired to explore dinner at hotel is a great choice!

Location a bit far from city center such as dourbar or tramel but if you do a map of places to visit (Buddha Stupa, Dourbar Square, Pashupatinah temple) is right in the center to all of them! So I wont say is a problem, plus airport is just a few minutes away!

Amazing cleanliness for the price. Super clean rooms. Staff granted us early check-in so long as our stay was for 24 hours. There is a very nice restaurant at the top. It's directly opposite the airport, so it's a no-brainer. Wish this was the top of the recommendation on booking.com We were glad we shifted to this hotel after the disaster of the first day of our stay at another hotel in Kathmandu.

There is no negative, but a scope of improvement can be the breakfast spread, which is very small. Shower area needs to be demarcated so that the whole bathroom doesn't get wet.

Very accessible location for people visiting Pashupatinath Mahadev Mandir. It's walkable distance from the hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. Amazing views from rooftop restaurant. Delicious Indian food options available. Restaurant staff arranged complimentary breakfast for us even past the timings. Overall a great experience.

Local tour packages available from the front desk are at a higher price, however they did provide a good electric car with a decent driver. Cheaper taxi options are also available right outside the hotel.

Although the buffet was available, none of the waiters or waitresses were willing to bring additional items to our table, except for a waitress named Innu. She ensured that we were well taken care of and performed her job with professionalism and efficiency.

Toiletries could be of better quality. No body lotion No smoking rooms.

The food at the hotel was magnificent - so tasty and satisfying - both breakfast and dinner. The waitstaff were very thoughtful and looked after us. Excellent location really close to the international airport. The suite was a beautiful stay - an oasis from the streets. Allowed us to check in super early as we had come into town from overseas at 8am.

Lots and lots of construction noise as they removated rooms. We understand that as it was super low season however.

it was clean, nice rooms, staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. And it was a short walking distance to pashupatinath. Food was great.

if you are a light sleeper, do not get a room on the 5th floor just under the restauraunt. It was a bit noisy one of the nights, walls are thin, and it made it hard to sleep. If you are not a light sleeper, you should be fine
