It was our first trip to Pokhara. The hotel is in close proximity to Fewa Lake and numerous restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The staff and the owner made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The room we had booked had bathtub included which was an excellent add on. Our 4 years old had so much fun. The room was spacious with balcony and had Mountain View. The hotel has all the necessary amenities except elevator which isn’t a problem for us. Hats off to the entire staff. Thanks a lot. Excellent hotel, the best I had in months during my long term travel. It's pretty new, room is big and perfect, shower is great, Wifi is strong, location is quiet, though still only one street away from the busy lakeside area with lots of restaurants etc. Staff is great too, they do everything to make it comfortable, breakfast is nice, hotel 16 rooms is too small for a buffet. Free drinking water. Price is unbeatable. My top choice in Pokhara and even Nepal!

Everything. I stayed in several hotels/guest houses in Pokhara during my 3 week stay and can honestly say this was the very best. The location is perfect and the staff are the nicest people with genuine care for their guests. The bathroom was spacious, clean and updated and wasn’t crammed like many other bathrooms in Nepal. The bedroom was also huge compared to many others. I had to work a few hours during my stay and I had a desk and fast internet. They would clean the room everyday if you wanted and always replaced water and were happy to provide more at no cost which I appreciated. I don’t eat bread and they were happy to accommodate that request in breakfast and offer an alternative. It’s the small things that count and the end of the day. I don’t usually write reviews but this was so great that I wanted to. Super grateful for this stay and without a doubt sill book this again when I am back.

This was my 7th stay at Hotel Spring. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Very accommodating staf and budget friendly and it's really hard to find same type of hotel with same type of rooms and facilities with the same amount. Highly recommended.

Hotel spring literally saved the day for us by accepting us at 4 am in the morning and providing us our room when the overnight bus from Katmandu reached Pokhara much earlier than expected. Subhir was extremely helpful and assisted us with many last minute requests from our end. With regard to facilities the rooms are equipped with heating and cooling. rooms are spacious, clean.

The General Manager Mr Jagdish is very engaging and makes you feel at home. The staff is supportive. The room was spacious and comfortable. WiFi is good. Breakfast is good. Location is very good as the property is bit on a peaceful street which I wanted and yet just 5 min walk from downtown Lakeside. You have street shops, travel agents, hair and massage salons, restaurants, provision stores all within stone throw distances! This is very practical for mountaineers! Absolutely value for every cent paid! All the best to Mr Jagdish for his future ventures

Just one thing - the bathroom has a high step up elevation point and also the bathtub side area has sharp edges! This can be a bit risky and hazardous.

I liked everything about the place. I’ve stayed in the King Suite and I was very happy to have a bathtub, it’s such a luxury thing here in Nepal. The room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was good and nutritious as well. Staff were nice and friendly. Location in okay too.

Sometimes it can be noisy at night due to people loudly chatting downstairs, but bearable.

A hotel with a great location, excellent staff and outstanding customer service If you stay in Pokhara, you will feel comfortable here.In particular, the staff were very friendly and kind. Unlike other Nepalese hotels, I liked that they didn't charge any extra fees for card payments. Anyway very Nice here!!

I was there with my young family, wanted a room big enough for my toddler to move around , found the room adequately equipped, the property is immaculately clean and quiet,Mr. Sukbir at the reception was welcoming and made us feel at ease.
