Easy access from the Autobahn. Courteous staff. Very clean. Stayed in Junior Suite. Bathtub in the middle of the room was a new thing for me, but Exceptional! Spacious room.

Doors to the bathroom are mirrored on the outside. So long as the room is very well lit, no one can see anything in the toilet area, just a mirror reflection. However, at night with a dimly lit room or dark room with light on IN the bathroom.....people outside can see quite a bit. And no one really needs to see that.

Really enjoyed our short stay here, the staff were friendly, very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We were in Assen to go to the racing at the TT circuit, hired e bikes to get there, easy 30 min ride and great for exploring the area. It is a fair walk from the town but easy to get to using bikes or transport. Great choice for breakfast and meals in the restaurant or bar. Would definitely stay again. Did not have time to try the wellness centre but it looked good.

Room was spacious, clean, well appointed, modern. (To my surprise I received an upgrade) Bathroom also spacious, clean, well appointed and modern. Both shower and jacuzzi. It is a large facility. The internal signage was good. Breakfast full selection Dinner wide selection and tasty. Not high cuisine, but more than standard Buffet lunch for workshop group was fresh, tasty and attractive I facilitated a workshop - the facilities were excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. Easy to deal with in advance and they met all our needs throughout the day.

An amazing hotel in Assen, very close to the motorway and only 5 min drive from the town centre. Spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, plenty of free parking. Great restaurant with multiple choices for various tastes. Excellent customer service - the hotel was very helpful in all respects when we had a medical emergency. Highly recommended, will stay again!

The bathroom door in our triple room was a sliding door made of matted glass. This would not have been a problem if the kids were younger, but it was a bit of an inconvenience with teenage kids staying, as there was little privacy in the bathroom. Thankfully, the hotel super-cosy toilets were not too far away!

Reception staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. The Hotel is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The room size is just lovely and the bathrooms are very well appointed. The hotel amenities are an added bonus - as was the jet bath! Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I loved everything!

The staff is amazing and very accomodating. The restaurant is beautiful and the dishes great as well. The wellness is unbelievable for a hotel, I loved every second!

Room was very hot and hard to get colder: but that may just be a preference! Unfortunately you can't open a window, only a door to a balcony, which felt unsafe to keep open. However, again this may just be a preference, as I prefer to sleep cold.

Amazing new spa facilities, great to enjoy with kids as well. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff very accommodating. Location is a 30 minute straight walk from the city center, behind the hotel is a recreation area with an MTB track that is really fun!

I didn't like the 2 single bed and the room was not soundproof To be honest only the 2 single bed and the room was not soundproof I didn't like for the rest was good

Nice upgrade to have included a bubble-bath in the room. Super breakfast with anything you could possible like.

I always come back so there is nothing I do not like. It is located close to the connecting highway (no worries) a little outside of the city, you need a bicycle :-)

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.Perfectly clean, Bar/restaurant was great value. Staff went out of their way to make sure everything was A1.
