Great hotel at very short distance to the beach. The staff is extremely professional and approachable, and the service both at the hotel and restaurant was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were extremely good. Overall, really good value for the price. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

Would have liked signs in english, not just Dutch or German

A pleasant hotel. The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate. The Hotel restaurant was excellent and the bar very cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming again.

Breakfast great, dinner very good: especially the fish-soup and the spare ribs.

Perfect location close to the beach, breakfast was good (value for money), room was small but comfortable with sunny balcony overviewing the dunes. With parking plate (€5 night) of the hotel you can stay at public parking

Everything oriented at German, no English menu card, but friendly staff knows English.

Optimaler Servive

The location just back from the dunes was fabulous. A great base for touring the north coast from. The staff were brilliant and went out of their way in a period of changing Covid regulations to make things easy and safe for us. I have to mention specifically Tessa who translated the a la carte menu into English for us. Jessica who just seemed to be everywhere wanting to help. And Kim who went out of her way to brush up her English during our stay so she could talk to us. But the real unsung hero in this hotel is the Chef - and I’m afraid I don’t know his name. We salute you sir. Excellent food.

We booked a sea view room (41) which was on the third floor and no lift. However the staff were very helpful with our luggage.

The hotel is situated very conveniently only a few steps from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was simple but tasty, and the room was comfortable. The newly renovated bathroom with rain shower was especially nice. Due to COVID the rooms don’t get cleaned daily, but fresh towels are always at your disposal and we even got a free drink for every day our room didn’t get cleaned.

The hotel and the room (with exception of the bathroom) feels quite dated and could do with some modernization. A kettle is not provided in the room unless specifically requested beforehand and by the time we were given this information, all kettles were already booked out.

Got a room (608) which had smell of cigar/cigarette.

Everything was fine. Clean and cute room, tasty food. Near by beach!
