The location was perfect, we walked to the town easily but just a little out of the centre so we could easily drive and park safely. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, with the bonus of a coffee machine with different choices. Our room was comfortable. The main building looked really nice, our room was in a separate building which was not as fancy with basic needs but comfortable. We really liked the little garden to sit out.

We liked everything. The room was a bit basic and the fridge didn't really work. Tough we didn't expect having a fridge but of course would have been nice as we had a lot of food for the big travel we had ahead.

We arrived by bike and the receptionist pointed out where we could park them, and gave us the keys to the bike park and our room. After parking the bikes, we checked out the garden room we had been allocated (quite acceptable, but a little dated), and I returned the key for the bike park, only to be offered a free room upgrade in the main building (which I accepted). This room was larger, had a view of the river opposite, and the comfiest bed I had for a long time. Breakfast started at 7, and we had a lot to choose from. We didn't need to leave Dordrecht until after lunch, so they kept our bags in the reception office which we collected, with our bikes, when we had to leave to Cycle to Europort.

Garden room was a little dated (but OK), so nothing to complain about.

The location was very good. The room was a bit dated but it was very spacious and even had a big corner couch. It had everything we needed: fridge, tea/coffee, etc. The bathroom was also a good size with a deep bathtub. The breakfast was plenty and we were treated very kindly by Jen. It was very enjoyable!

The room decor can have an update but that's a rather minor matter.

Nice breakfast. The bar was ok. Cleaniness was very good. Most of the staff was very friendly. For our part the location was ok close to the old town. Quiet room even when it was at the ground floor and against a busy street.

The lock in the door was poor and difficult to get to work. Needed to know the trick. The coffee machine was leaking in the tap when running. The room was at the base should be able to open the windows more (and in a safe way) to get fresh air during the night.

The hotel is well located for public transport and also for the city centre access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and well-equipped. An aircon unit helped keep the temperature down in the high temperatures. There was also a kettle, coffee maker, and a fridge. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff served with a smile on their faces and were extremely helpful.

The breakfast was brilliant and just pitched right. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting in and out of Dordrecht and also very central to all the sites and in easy walking distance. The room, as last time was a great size. Unfortunately the weather was not so good to use the balcony.

I did feel the room a little dark with the wood panelling but still a lovely room and kept lovely and clean.

Location on edge of old harbour area was convenient. Good bicycle parking but not totally secure - we used locks as well. Very good breakfast - freshly cooked bacon & eggs to order plus all the usual.

Bathroom could do with updating as could room. Just looked a bit tired. Felt like a hotel that had seen better days and needed some tlc.

Quiet room and great location for walking into the old city centre, to the waterbus etc - good to be able to park the car easily. Lovely breakfast.

Unable to open the bedroom windows and old air conditioning unit which was too noisy to have on during the night, so in the good weather we were lucky enough to have during our stay, the room was very hot at night.

First room allocated, particularly when I discovered that I had paid nearly twice as much as ther friends staying. No lift. I'm good with stairs but therer were rather a lot.

Very interesting, historical building. Large room, nicely furnished, overlooking the canal, within walking distance of the old town. Nice terrace in the courtyard, free parking.

Windows do not open, fan instead of air conditioning is noisy and doesn’t provide enough cooling.
