Exceptional staff , every single one friendly and helpful. Attention to detail, comfortable rooms good parking, good food in the restaurant, what more could you want. The building is well soundproofed from road noise , even though it is situated between two major roads I didn’t hear a thing . Re previous comments, the beds are a little soft , but they are high quality memory foam so it really is a matter of taste . Shower powerful and hot . Restaurant serves nice food at a reasonable price. It is more of a business hotel than a family one , but a good one. I will definitely be back and will recommend to my colleagues.

The hotel is not in the best part of the city, but there is a walking path nearby where you can enjoy a walk or some exercise This hotel is more suitable for business stays than for relaxation, although I felt that the lighting was too dim throughout the hotel. The room was comfortable and the bed was cozy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I got an upgrade of room, which was fantastic. The rooms were large enough and tidy. The shower was brilliant. The restaurant food was great. Thanks to the chef for those yummy melons, I really appreciate him going the extra mile serving those fruits.

The only negative was that someone smoked next door, and the person smoked the whole night. For this reason, we couldn't really enjoy our sleep as we ought to. The smell of the smoke was so strong that it penetrated into our bedroom. I did report it to the receptionist Anna her name was, and she promised to take care of the situation. I would have loved to have rated it a 10 but due to the unpleasant smell of smoke in our bedroom I rated it a 9 :)

The staff were very caring and attentive. We had a booking at another hotel and when we arrived there was no reservation for us so it was super disappointing and upsetting. We then booked Postillion Hotel Dordrecht and had great service, lovely dinner in the hotel and good night's stay.

Our original hotel was in town so it was not as great to uber out to this hotel from the train station.

Location not great. Nothing nearby except MacDonalds. Hotel strangely stingy with coffee milk. Only 2 in room and only received 2 more when I asked for them. Breakfast is overpriced at 19euros per person.

Nice room, convenient location from the motorway and ample parking space. The gym is not super equipped but it has the essentials and it is very spacious compared to most hotels.

As a minor issue, the communication was not great. At the reservation stage I asked some questions and I never got a reply. The hotel also asked me if I wanted to upgrade with a surcharge, I accepted but they still never replied. When I arrived there I realised they didn't know at all.

Staff were wonderful, breakfast was good and plentiful.

The staircase was poorly and quite dangerous. The cups in our room were completely unfit for purpose. Cup handles are a MUST when dealing with boiling water!!!

The bed was comfortable, the shower worked very well. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food on offer. Restaurant food was very good, although choice a little limited.

The room was very dark with only weak bedside lamps to light it. It was difficult to see once the curtains were closed.

Very nice room. It's got everything you need. Comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and with a good choice of food. The hotel offers late check-out in case you need more time. The parking is big enough and is free of charge. There is a small compliment on check-out. It makes one feel appreciated.
