My recent stay here was, in a word, lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly, my room clean and comfortable, and the view from the 10th floor was quite nice. The included breakfast was also very good. Not a huge selection, though not lacking either, and excellent quality. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I've enjoyed. The location is very convenient too, with both a tram stop and a subway station just a minute or three from the entrance. A lot of attractions will be within walking distance for able-bodied guests anyway though. There's also no shortage of places to eat or shop around the hotel. I truly can't think of any complaints I had. Highly recommend.

The location is very good for access to places and public transport in the center of Rotterdam. Breakfast was fine. The room had a good fridge and the shower was also good. We chose this hotel partly because there is a Sixt car rental in the same building, which was very convenient because we picked up our rental car there to continue our trip.

The bed could have been better. It made cracking noises which disturbed our sleep. I mentioned this during check-out and hopefully the hotel will fix the problem before the next guests arrive. Five stars for this hotel seems a bit overrated but the price for the room was not that high so it is a fair deal I suppose.

The Hilton hotel is located in a very convenient location, just minutes walk from Rotterdam Central and the Stadhuis metro station. Rotterdam itself is very easy to navigate and the National Maritime museum is walkable. During my stay, I attended an event at Ahoy Rotterdam and found it very easy to get there and back. I stayed in an executive suite at the hotel, which had a large double bed that was very comfortable. We had air-conditioning which worked well throughout our stay. We had a lovely view over the fountain, although we could often hear trams passing. The room had a coffee pod machine as well as a kettle, which we really appreciated as it gave us options. Breakfast was included with our booking, and I enjoyed it each day. A really good selection of cold meats and cheeses, hot food like bacon eggs and pancakes, muffins, bread, porridge, yogurt, the list goes on, was provided. There was a bean to cup coffee machine available to use in the breakfast area. One morning we were even provided a mimosa, which really brightened our morning. We also chose to eat in the hotel restaurant for one of our evening meals. The menu is seasonal so some options were unavailable, but the food which we had was very tasty and impressive. I felt that it was also good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The wine was also very good! I actually messed up our booking a little bit by not booking enough nights stay. As I booked via booking.com the hotel were quite limited in how they could help, but I was very impressed with how they went above and beyond to help us and to make sure we were in the same suite for my second booking of the trip.

I feel that this hotel could improve by providing Smart TVs in the room so we can connect our devices and watch whatever we want. There are some English channels, but the options are quite limited.

The fact the there wasn’t a espresso machine in our room . Its was nowhere in the room Description that there wasn’t an espresso machine When we asked why you said it’s for other rooms in higher floors . You could have provided us with an espresso machine since we asked for one It’s basic need nowadays ! Like shampoo

The hotel is perfectly located near Stadhuis and Stadhuisplein, as well as the vibrant and popular Lijnbaan shopping street in downtown Rotterdam. It's also conveniently close to Rotterdam Centraal station, making it ideal for travelers. The lobby is beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. I will definitely come back!

Clean, spacious room and hotel. Great location within a short walk of Rotterdam Central station and Metro/ Tram stops practically outside the hotel - easy to get anywhere in Rotterdam. Some bars/ restaurants close by. Friendly staff at reception and in bar/ restaurant. We had breakfast on one day and selection/ value for money was good.

the location it’s good, the hotel its ok, the restaurant from Hotel have a good food but not so much choices,

the room was with dust inside, the TV have only 2 good channels, was better to have Netflix so I watch what i want, my 50€ deposit still on hold since 1 week ago.

The location was fantastic, near to the station and the main shopping area. There was a supermarket around the corner, it was near a Metro stop.

Didn’t like the cold plates in the restaurant, plus there was no unseeded brown bread on the second day. ( for people with dietary needs).

Breakfast was very good, wide choice & very pleasant staff Location was excellent, very close to a metro station. We particularly enjoyed the canapés in the evening at the executive lounge & the staff were extremely friendly & welcoming

The curtains in the room did not stay completely closed at night, & the heating seemed difficult to alter. Also there was no decaf coffee pods for the machine.

Hotel very central and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and sites. Easy to get there by car. Reception, room, bar/restaurant were lovely. Staff very friendly.

Parking is available for a price but there is no elevator so you have to be prepared to carry your luggage up a significant number of stairs. It would have been helpful if the person who checked us in advised us and offered to meet us in the parking to help with luggage.
