- The hotel is two blocks away from the train station, and is close to two tram stops (Weena and Stadhuis) and a metro station (Stadhuis). Actually, it's easy to walk from the hotel to the city centre on foot too. - We arrived at the hotel at 1 p.m. The check-in staff recommended that I join as an IHG member so that we could get a room immediately instead of waiting until the official time at 3 p.m. It's very helpful! - There were adequate choices at the breakfast buffet and the staff kept refilling.

There was quite a big mark of dirt on the carpet just in front of a lift on the second floor. The hotel room and the bathroom inside didn't look clean enough either.

Excellent location to use trams, train or walk. Booked this hotel as you could prepay for parking which made it cheaper than many others.

With the booking information it said we had to pay a 360euro damage deposit in cash, only to be returned once a room inspection had been done. This put us off and we nearly cancelled but couldn't find anywhere else suitable within budget. We were concerned as we knew we wanted to make a speedy getaway and didn't know how long the room inspection would take. On arrival we weren't asked for any deposit. If this isn't the case then information needs to be updated.

Receptionists were all friendly and warm. We were able to check in earlier than expected, which was a Bonus. The Breakfast was amazing. Wide variety and clean, comfortable Breakfast area. The beds were so comfortable and room was big and nice and clean. Location is just 6 minutes walking distance from the train station Centrall and the area near the Hotel is vibrant with lots of restaurants and shops. My friend and I totally enjoyed staying at this Hotel.

The only thing that I could say was that the windows couldnt open but we were on the 5th floor so Its more for security reasons.

There is super friendly stuff in this hotel. I didn't know that breakfast was served on working days till 10.00 a.m., and I woke up late. So, when I came there all the tables were already empty. I asked girls who are working there if I can have at least some kind of breakfast because I woke up late. And they gave me what they had left, some croissants, some eggs... Was very nice of them. And they were not angry with me that I came 1 hour later. I was really impressed with a good attitude

Was very noisy air conditioner in my room. I needed to shut it down to fall asleep in the night. And they put prices up a lot during weekends or some holidays, but like everywhere.

Room was lovely and quiet .Very clean spacious bathroom .Good size single beds which were so comfortable along with the pillows .Breakfast was included in the price .I found this to excellent.Great selection.Excellent location 6 mins walk to train station .Trams right outside the hotel .Bars ,shops literally over the road so many to choose within a 10 mins walk.Staff always available to help .Self serve shop and pay very well stocked for use 24 hrs a day .

Prime location within walking distance of key attractions, including the main train station, dining and shopping areas, and the iconic Cube Houses. Attentive staff always smiling and helped me out with some external situations I needed support with.

The daily housekeeping could be improved and the breakfast area is relatively small, so, if you go down to have breakfast at around 9am, expect some delays in finding where to sit. or a smoother experience, it's best to dine between 6:00 and 8:30 AM to avoid seating delays.

Great location for access via Central Station but still easy walking to city centre. Tram stop outside if you dont want to walk. Room size ok. Toilet/shower room bigger than expected. Big shower and good pressure. Room faced main street but not much noise. Air con worked and wasnt too noisy. Breakfast was plain, cold buffet but they kept it topped up and plenty choice for us of good quality items. Asked if we wanted room cleaned every day but we didnt and got a drinks voucher in return. Everything was super clean and well maintained.

No storage space in room. Duvet a few inches too small for double bed if two people in it. Charge 3 euros per bag to store for a few hours at end of stay. Bathroom door is only thick frosted glass so not ideal for two people sharing but it wasnt facing into the room and did close reasonably well.

Everything! Staff is very friendly and helpfull! We had a complicated situation and two ladies (one name I remember, Georgina) helped immediately very much. Especially if you are turist and do not know the country, helpfull staff is very valuable. Location is perfekt, just in the city center! And I recommend Rotterdam as highlight of Netherlands, beautifull city! We rented bicycles in the hotel, very convenient. Hotel is very clean, bed comfortable, we slept very well, nice breakfast Metro stattion is just across the street with direct connection to the airport, just 4 stations and 9 min. (by the way, you can park there for free, next to the airport metro station). Hotel has parking if you need. We were 3 weeks on trip and that was the best, we highly recommend.

Nothing to complain about!

Breakfast staff were great. They were friendly, always said 'good morning' and worked hard to clear tables. Breakfast area and the food looked very clean. Choice was good. We were given vouchers for a free drink as there was no room service for the days we stayed. This was fine as we were only there 3 nights so didn't need clean towels/bed making etc. Good to have 24 hour check-in. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Excellent location. Great that check-out was at 12.

There was a kettle in the room but there was very limited creamer, sugar etc only enough for one drink and not enough for our 3 nights, 2 days stay. Had to ask for more.
