It is a simple small hotel near Rotterdam station. The room is very clean. We arrived before check in time hoping to leave the bagages but the hotel was closed. We left the message and the owner called back and he let us checked in (after 1 hour or so as we went to rental bikeshop in the meantime). He was very friendly.

We wanted to leave the bagages at the hotel next day while we are sightseeing, but there was nobody and the reception was closed. We used a coin locker in the station in the end. As the hotel is not open 24 hours, you better inform your arrival & leaving time especially if you plan to arrive or leave early.

The accommodation was clean and the room was spacious (it was a 5 sleeper). There is an indoor swimming pool and a spacious grassy area which was nice because we had our small dog with us. The food in the restaurant was nice. There is a salad bar with different salads to choose from to accompany your hearty main meal. A descent breakfast was served in the morning.

For dinner we were placed in the back of the restaurant, which was a bit hot as it did not have good ventilation (it was a really hot day). The back end of the restaurant does not have a great ambiance and the decor felt a bit dated as compared with the front of the restaurant which is quite modern. Communication with our waiter was a bit difficult as I was trying to communicate in English (and some basic Dutch), but we were able to successfully place our order in the end.

friendly staff, room was warm when we arrived (thanks!), there was a water boiler and some coffee and tea, much appreciated! there was also a hair dryer. great location! nice area & close to the center & train station. the terrace / patio was also nice. wifi worked well

no heating in the bathroom so it was quite cold in there. you can hear it when other guests go into their rooms. beware: the room was very small, it is ok for few nights if you plan to be out the whole time.

Lovely little hotel located on the quiet street next to the canal and park. 5min away from train station. Walking distance to city centre, restaurants and shops. 30min to Maritime Museum and river banks. We had a top floor room with a private bathroom and balcony. The room was very clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We absolutely enjoyed the stay.

There is nothing we didn't like. One caviat tho, the stairs can be a challenge for some. Every day of our stay was a leg day, but we didn't mind that at all 😆

Fabulous location on a beautiful green belt under a ten minute walk from central station. Spotless, comfortable, and very efficient. I especially loved the proper desk chair and work station and the electric kettle, with coffee, tea, and sugar were a lovely touch.Ed went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I definitely plan to return for a longer stay to explore more of this amazing region.

Hotel is located very close to the train station, in a quiet residential neighborhood, two blocks away from a grocery store and a food-hall with lively atmosphere. My single room was small, but had the toilet next door. Also it had a good size balcony overlooking the courtyard. The hotel manager is very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Hotel is not luxurious but with low price it has everything you need - comfortable beds, clean bathroom and great localization (near beautiful park). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Around hotel there are shops, restaurants and train station so it's very easy to visit other cities.

Will be nice to have shampoo and shower gel in the shower (there was only soap next to the bathroom sink).

Very nice location. The staff was very kind and helpful. We asked for change of room, and they changed it without any problem. The new room was really super on a higher floor.

The room in the basement was not so nice, window was on the street, and people were very noisy in the night.

The owner/ staff was really nice, and friendly. He helped us to check in after the reception was closed, as they didn't have 24 hr reception. The room was really clean, comfortable and had hot cattle, coffee and tea. The hotel is very close to the Central Station, where you have a metro/tram/bus to go around the City or you can even walk towards the city centre. Overall it was a good experience and I will Highly recommend this place in Rotterdam.

perfect location, conveniently close to the main station, great money for value, friendly reception, ideal for a short visit when passing or traveling

little, i suppose steep stairs reaching the rooms, but that is Holland and should be expected in a small hotel in a city
