Great location, clean, safe, good communication with host via whats app good to have soap, shampoo, handsoaps, washing up liquid there.

Matrass was too soft/old , and sofabed was uncomfortable, could feel metal rod all along middle. Get a firm topper for this. No bedside tables or lamps which was very disappointing. Light in studio wasn t practical, too low. Even a battery operated bedside light would have been helpful. All doors need oiled, very squeeky.

View from the bedroom window was amazing! The apartment is well laid out and well appointed. The apartment is perfectly located close to the train station allowing easy access to trains to explore the surrounding towns. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. Made us feel like valued guests. The laundry facilities were fantastic and a massive plus after a couple of weeks of travel. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

The sofa bed is not very stable to sleep on. The bed can turn upside down if you accidentally put more weight on one side of the bed.

The apartment is well-situated near Rotterdam Centraal railway station and trams. The equipment was sufficient for our stay - coffee, tea, and easy cooking. Clean.

The apartment is small for 3 people for a week and lacks storage space. Stairs are very steep and narrow - people with worse mobility can have problems with that.

It was unclear how to enter the space, I had to call for someone to come and let me in. A nightlamp by the bed would be a welcome addition. The stairs are very steep so not great if people have big luggage.

The front door to the building makes a bang (despite the sign telling guests not to bang it). Kitchen is on the small side with no oven. Cooking is possible just a little limited.

The check-in process was confusing and cumbersome. There is no lobby, and the doorbell wasn't answered. After a long trip, that's tough to take. But once we got hold of the staff, they came and greeted us, and were delightful.

Location was incredible, so close to the Centraal station and all the local amenities you could need. The host was brilliant and I cannot fault the property at all, beautiful views, quiet and central location, brilliantly equipped, thank you!

Kichen equipment is very good. Location is excellent, just behind the Rotterdam Central Railroad Station. It's very convenient for us to travel by train to Vlissingen, Middleburg, Delft, Schipleiden, Den Haag, Leiden.

There is no elevator (Lift).

Great staff. Renoeska is very helpful and is enthusiastic about sharing the city with us. She is also very responsive to all of our requests. The apartment is well located and has everything we needed.
