Good location, close to the train station and walking distance to many restaurants. Very big and comfortable bed. Check in and out was clear and fast, and communication with the hotel was great. Quiet room despite being on a busy plaza. The common areas were nice and clean and we saw only one other guest for the whole time we were there.
The entryway to the hotel is not accessible : there is a short but steep flight of stairs to climb before reaching the elevator which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues. The room was small, it was completely fine for one night, but would have been a little tricky to stay for a longer period (not much room to place luggage, etc). Also, there were not many outlets and no outlets near the bed to charge phones. The lights in the bathroom were impossible to turn off.

Easy self check-in service. Stayed here couple of years ago and the entrance procedure is upgraded. No more calling the reception of the other hotel (hotel Emma) late in the evening/at night to open the door. Just use the card or phone. The web application on the phone allowing to open the entrance and the room is so convenient and a big upgrade. One of the better coffee machines I encountered in a hotel. I don’t mind that it is in the shared space. High speed internet. Chromecast TV, Bluetooth speaker and enough power sockets make this a good business and leisure travel hotel. Most convenient check out procedure.
The light in the bathroom that keeps burning. I understand this is for safety reasons, but it feels unsustainable. No napkins in the room, so had to use toilet paper instead. Noisy ventilation system (not the airco) that cannot be put off.

Location was great, there is an elevator to get to the upper floors which was great. There is a small kitchen/coffee room available for use as well.
I had another guest come into my room when I was napping saying it was their room now. The front desk didnt show that I had checked into that room earlier and gave keys to my room to another guest accidentally. Very awkward situation to be in for guests. The stairs to get into the building are steep and awkward to get up with luggage.

Great location in the center, everything you need within short walking distance. Very friendly staff. The room was clean, nicely decorated and very cozy.
There was nothing major that we didn't like, but a few small things that irked us. After a certain point in the evening, it's no longer possible to get into the building with the key card but you have to use the intercom for reception to let you in. Not a big deal but we found that a bit pointless. Also, the room was very warm but we couldn't find a way to turn the temperature down.

Everything was amazing, the room was cute and cozy, coffee and tea and kitchen stuff were available all day, checking in and out were easy and fast. The location is very central, we walked everywhere from the accommodation
It’s hard to name something, there was just one funny thing; the bathroom’s wall was made of glass. But the door of bedroom wasn’t, so it was managable, just a little unconventional that the whole hall area (of the private room) was only a glass door away from the bathroom and toilet

Exceptional experience! The room was amazing, all staff were extremely kind and helpful! The location was absolutely perfect, a step to metro, busses and tram, near shops and restaurants! The interior was so beautiful and stylish, we had an amazing view of the Rotterdam from a huge window and there was a fully equipped kitchen in pantone tones, with free coffee and everything you need to start your day! We would definitely come back again and we recommend it 100% Thank you so much team.

Good location close to many restaurants and a short walk from public transportation. Staff from Hotel Emma was very pleasant during check-in. Room was comfortable, with safe large enough to fit laptop. No kitchen in room, but well-stocked coffee corner open from 6AM to 11PM.
Overall cleaning standards were OK, but there wasn't much attention to detail- drinking glasses weren't changed, for example. The air conditioning was a little fiddly, with no real way to shut off or change mode (even when "off", the fan remained on). Keep in mind that there are steep steps (around half a flight) in the entrance to the hotel, which can't be avoided.

The hotel is very modern with clean spacious rooms. There is an elevator in the building and a little kitchen where you can get coffee in the morning. Check-in is at the sister hotel "Hotel Emma" just 3 walking minutes from Hotel Unplugged. There are many restaurants bars and shopping possibilities nearby and a metro station right outside. Though the hotel in the middle of the centre it was quite. Parking is available nearby for additional charges.

Good choice in downtown Rotterdam. The room is very clean. The size is compact, but acceptable. The bathroom, on the other hand, is spacious and also very clean. The shower's good. The hotel is within a walking distance from the train station if you travel light. There are restaurants, cafes and excellent bars nearby. We were able to reach many tourist spots by foot. There's a coffee machine and some biscuits for the guests all day long, for free. I'd recommend this hotel.
Overpriced, but maybe it's just the rule in Rotterdam downtown. No table nor chairs in the room, but the space is enough for a couple for some days.

Location and cleanliness
At check in your should be told about the night door policy. Very scary to find your door card does not work at 2am, have no idea what to do about it, and have to wait for someone to return to reception at the sister hotel round the corner to help you. Also, please dont put solo females in the basement room. There is only a low fence between the bedroom window and an inner city park, and there were some very strange noises outside my window one night.
