The hotel is very central making it an ideal place to stay. The trams and metro are just round the corner. There are lots to see and do plus restaurants nearby and it’s all within walking distance. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The en-suite was a good size and the shower good. The staff were extremely helpful. There is a small parking lot behind the hotel which was ideal for parking my motorcycle. I never booked breakfast which is available nearby. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The room didn’t have aircon but did have a central fan and a window which could be opened.

Loved how the hotel was an easy walk to Centraal Station, tourist attractions (e.g. Markthal, Cube Houses, Natural History Musuem) and had free-flow coffee & tea in the lobby! Staff were always courteous and were able to help us store our luggage after checkout (for about 2 hours)

Noisier than expected as there is a tram line and stop right outside the hotel. There are also a few bars across the road so you have the standard noise (i.e. patrons talking/laughing into the late night if you stay the weekends). Walls are also pretty thin so you can hear the occasional door slamming. All in all not an issue for me and my partner as we are pretty heavy sleepers.

Everything was great in this room. The rotation is excellent.Clean and big room🤩

During our two nights stay we only found two negatives. One of them is the noise from the street as there is a bar under the windows, but it is great that the windows almost do not let in noise. But the other negative is about the room. The sensor in the bathroom does not see you if you are taking a shower and we had to open the shower door to show that someone is there and not be in the dark

comfortable bedroom, close by the WTC where I had a conference day to attend. very nice and helpful personel. they even allowed me to leave my car in the parking until the end of the next day - after the workshop. thank you. breakfast in the Baker and More was very nice and tasty, although I would have liked a second cup of coffee.

the price was a bit overrated for the type of room and hotel :100€ breakfast included + 20€ for parking. not really a problem to have breakfast in another location (5 minutes walk)

Overall great 3 nights stay. The room provided was facing the front so smack bang on crossroads with a rather eventful noise from street cleaners and late night passer bys. Noise started around 10pm to 3am every night so very hard to sleep with that level of disturbance. To be fair the hotel inside is wonderful, staff are amazing and kept the place spotless. Happy to accommodate your luggage while you go about your day with no charge.

Location is central and convenient for station, shopping, restaurants and trams. From outside the hotel you can take trams to all over Rotterdam and further. The city trams continue to the beach at Hook of Holland, to The Hague, and other places. The friendly staff helped us park our bikes at the rear of the building, and the in-house handy-person instantly arrived to unblock our shower!

Not much. Some traffic noise, but it's in the centre of a city. They've stopped doing breakfast, but the area is heaving with good cafés.

Room was quiet and comfortable and had all I needed, there were no channels on TV, I tried to get them, but then did not bother, I am sure they would have sorted it for me. but I don't watch a lot so it was in a way a good thing, The breakfast in another place was quite nice I thought, I brought most of my own and only needed coffee and yogurt but that was served so nice and I really appreciated that.

everything was fine apart from the TV but that would have been sorted if I would have asked for it, so no complaints

The location was perfect for us and room was adequate for three people

We had three bicycles which were left in the yard behind the hotel and luckily we removed our bags because during the night water bottles and a small bag attached to the frame were stolen. Reception informed us that there were people in the office 24/7 to keep an eye out. Very concerned about security in hotel yard

I liked everything! You are immediately in the city center and the train station is only 20 meters from the hotel entry. You can get everywhere by train easily so I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The room was super big and we had very comfortable beds. Little fun moment though as suddenly another couple swiped their room card and stood in our room cause the reception accidentally entered the wrong number but that was resolved promptly! You could also get some coffee out of a coffee machine on the second floor if you wanted or hot cocoa. Unfortunately we couldn't try the breakfast but the hotel had recommendations ready and the other place was perfect! Overall had an amazing stay in Rotterdam :)

There was nothing to dislike.

I have stayed here more than once as I am regular visitor of Rotterdam. Almost always I stayed there solo, so have stayed in single & double rooms (depending upon the availability). Rooms: Rooms are clean, done properly with comfortable bed. Single bed being single not that comfortable as bigger sized one. Only once I found a single hair in the bed that I guess came from the cleaner or the person who prepared the room. I didn't take that as cleaning issue or bad service (I can only speak for myself, others may have different opinion), I just took the sheet off the bed shook it well & made the bed again to sleep. Location: Almost City Centre. Walking distance from Central Station & next to Subway (Underground). Breakfast: I always took breakfast option but this time I realised that in-house breakfast service is not available instead they out sourced it to a cafe around 50 metres away. The quality of breakfast is good but breakfast facility out of hotel is a massive negative point for me.

Breakfast being out of premises, otherwise nothing else to complain about.
