You must realise this is an impractically expensive area (Western NL) in that context, this is quite decent value at least if you are lucky with dates. It is great to have plenty of free parking, a McDonalds a stone's throw away for snacks and a bus to town (I'm told...?) Airco was the best in the business. Bed very nice. WCs downstairs so you do not need to wait for others to come out of the shower, roomy relaxed common area downstairs too,which i liked. Above all, very pleasant helpful and extremely courteous staff that made me feel welcome but also valued as their guest & customer. Will visit again.

I would have loved more water pressure in the shower - an easy win if that can be arranged. The free wifi was weird - it was acceptable for conference calls but wouldn't let me download some sales presentations without slowing to a crawl... why???? I think 14.50EUR is an unreasonable price for thr breakfast buffet.

I spent almost three months in this hotel, so I can say something about it. The hotel is no longer the youngest, but I knew that before arriving. I like that the hotel allowed a dog. The price per dog per night is 10 euros. I don't think it's an excessive amount. I think that the breakfasts were also quite ok. Several types of cheese and cold cuts to choose from. Boiled eggs. Hot dishes include scrambled eggs and fried bacon. I appreciate the free parking with a large number of spaces. For three months I never had a problem with the place. The greatest asset of this place is the service. I've never had anyone at the front desk be rude. The hotel is located at a motorway exit. Still, there was absolutely no problem with noise. There is a nice forest right next to the hotel. This is a good place to go jogging. You can also walk your dog safely.

The place is really good to stay. They have 24hrs of hotel reception service, and the quality of room and other available things in the room are more than satisfactory. The hotel is somehow outside the suburban area of Delft, but doesn`t matter, it is a small city, and you can always walk to any other palce by walk or can also rent bicylce if you want.

The hotel somehow overcharge their customers for per night stay as compare to other hotels available in the area.

Simple and clean! Ideal for short/unplanned visit. Friendly staff. Has a restaurant however did not try it as it was fully booked on the day for a travel group. Location was perfect both easy to access and most surprisingly quiet though it’s right off the highway. Has a beautiful green area with a small deer reserve right behind - perfect for walk especially when with dogs. 15-20 min walk right to the city with excellent restaurants.

Nothing! Everything was as expected.

The hotel was of the good standard expected from a Campanile, and the air conditioning was very welcome in unusually hot weather. There was plenty of parking, the staff were polite and helpful, and there was a lift to the rooms. We didn't have breakfast, but dinner was good. The location may not suit everyone - on an industrial estate just off the motorway - but we chose it because it was within a 1km walk of Delftse Hout park, where we did the parkrun (there was also a very nice cafe in the park). It was a 2km walk into the town centre, some of which is on cycle paths so you have to stay alert.

In 30 degree heat, there's no shade on some of the walk into town. The location was fine for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't chose it for a longer stay.

Nice quiet room on ground floor. Secure bicycle storage. Decent amount of space in the room - competitively priced. Very handy location - 5 minute cycle into Delft town centre.

BBC tv only available for extra payment. Tourist tax also, but that's not the hotel's choice.

Breakfast was very nice. We only went once because I have special dietary needs, which they were able to accommodate on one day, which was great.

It was a bit further from the train station or the centre of town than we’d thought but it was still do-able.

Basic but clean, air con, welcoming staff and convenient for Delft, easy to find and free car park. only 20-25 minutes to Delft market square and most of the walk is nice.

My room looked a little tired but nothing wrong with it and slept well on a comfortable bed and kept cool with air con

Room was pleasant and the double bed extremely comfortable, especially after 4 nights in a sleeping bag Breakfast was varied and generous in portion. The unlimited supply of coffee was particularly appreciated.

Apart from the limited choice of channels on the TV - nothing in English -there was little to fault.

Staff is very friendly, location is quite good and the hotel itself "does the job". Its good for the quality price relation, parking for the car is safe and practical.

I believe that cleaning teams struggle a bit with lack of resources, meaning, they are always quite busy and in a rush, sometimes dont have enough fresh towels, but always bring it later on once they are available. so is not that we are complaining, just a suggestion to maybe increase resources and the way that is organized.
