Second time to stay at Royal Bridges - room not ready when we arrived quite early and Receptionist went off and had it made up for us (excellent service). Around 5 minutes walk from train station. Breakfast very good with a lot of choice and garden area to sit out in. Only a few minutes walk from main square, on same canal as boat trips. Last time we stayed we had canal view at front of hotel but that had a lot of noise at night as people went back to train station - this time we were at the back of the hotel and slept really well. Staff are excellent in terms of Reception information, help at breakfast etc. Room spacious and very comfortable

No tan issue for us but after you leave the lift there are some steps to rooms which may affect people with mobility issues - however, there are some rooms which open onto the garden area on the ground floor.

Stayed here with family for 3 nights. Boutique hotel very close to the centre of Delft and was within walking distance of the train station. We had a standard and deluxe room (the deluxe room was quite a bit bigger than the standard). The receptionist was very helpful in trying to sort out an issue for us when we arrived. Great location for visiting Delft which is a beautiful small city. We had breakfast for one of the days we were there - small buffet breakfast which was pleasant. There are also lots of cafes near by - the main square is about 5 minutes away.

My parents found the lack of storage space for clothes somewhat annoying - but otherwise enjoyed their stay. The hotel is spread across different levels with lots of stairs which was fine for us but some people may struggle - there are lifts to the main parts.

Very nice and friendly staff. Excellent location in the historical city centre. Charming building with a cozy courtyard.

Breakfast was rather simple for a hotel of that category (why not make more of the Dutch cheese and fish traditions?) The design of the room was rather extravagant to the point that it trumped functionality (no actual closet, open shower, heavy pieces of wood instead of coffee/bedside table...).

It was simply one of the most beautiful accommodations I have been to. So central, the people amazing, the breakfast very good and diverse, the room was huge with view towards the canal and the tower of the New Church, we could hear the bells singing in the morning (not too noisy though). We just simply loved it. 2 minutes walk to city center, 5 minutes walk to train station, people so willing to help with information about transportation. Simply fell in love with this hotel and with this city. Highly recommend it!!!!

The location of the property is definitely great. The stuff is very welcoming and quickly reacts to any requests. The breakfasts have wide choice of food and you can decide on the spot whether to take it or not (for each day of your stay).

Due to the fact that the building is in the city centre, its floors are wooden, therefore, you can pretty much hear every step in the room above you.

I always book this hotel for my parents when they visit me in Delft. The staff is the best! So welcoming, helpful and kind. They offer a personal service and by the end of my parents' stay all the staff recognized us straight away. For example, we left delft to go for a weekend in Belgium and the staff accepted to look after my parents' luggage with no additional charge. When we were back, the luggage was already waiting for them in their new room! The breakfast is very generous and contains a lot of variety. You can choose to try their scrambled or boiled eggs on one day, or opt to make a yoghurt and muesli on the next. of course they also have breads, croissant and lots of cheeses and cold cuts! The hotel is newly renovated so the rooms are comfortable and cozy. The location is also simply GREAT as it is a 3 minute walk from both the tram stops and the main train station in Delft. Alternatively, the hotel is also a 5 minute walk from Delft's market place. I will always aim to book a stay at this hotel every time my parents come to visit!

Perfect location, large, clean and quite rooms, nice people

There is no parking iif you are traveling by car during the summer. You can go in a public parking ( 20 Euro/ day), but it is really much more rxpensive if you need to use it during your stay ( the price would be much more higher- e. g we payed around 90 eur for less then 4 days ).

Lovely ground floor room with separate alcove for child bed. Room had small fridge, coffee machine and table which was helpful for us. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Location was super and would highly recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful.

All of us weren't very well whilst staying - but nothing to do with this hotel! Did mean we spent all evenings there in the comfy room 😊

Comfy bed and quiet room at night as it s facing the courtyard. You can only hear your direct neighbours. The sauna and bathtub were great! Sauna heats uo reasonably fast. The curtains are dark so daylight is not an issue, great for sensitive sleepers!

The interior design of the senior suite is peculiar, especially in contrast to the well designed hotel and other rooms. The room divider makes the room look smaller and the branches sticking out seem a bit odd. An open design would take it to the next level. As the room is facing the courtyard curtains to obstruct the view would have been nice, now you have to choose between daylight and potentially being seen walking out of the sauna

Our room was spacious, with extra large bed, good shower room and good views to canal. The room was kept clean with 2 deep cleans during our 7 night stay visiting friends in Delft and the staff supported us, meeting requests we had for example for more toiletries and teabags always in smiling, friendly way. The location was great in centre of Delft and quiet at night.

For such a large room, it was a pity the TV was so small and so far away from the bed. For future development of the hotel, we recommend double glazing of the windows.
