This is a simple hotel, nothing fancy, no major frills and it was exactly what we wanted. The room was good sized and very clean. The hotel was a quick walk from the train station and a short walk to everything we wanted to see including the historic Delft city center, TU Delft, and the Delft factory/tour. It's a perfect place to locate to tour the area, proximity to the train station makes it simple to hop a train almost anywhere in the area including the Hague, Rotterdam, Gouda, and any number of other cities radiating out from the station.

Having coffee in the room would be nice. I understand there is free coffee downstairs, but being able to get coffee first thing in the morning without having to walk downstairs would be nice.

I like the foc coffee & tea station where hotel guests can get coffee & tea to drink 24x7 and can bring to the room to enjoy. It also offers the balance croissants & fruits after morning breakfast.

Cold Plain water is not offer and there's no bottle plain water provided. Guests were told to drink plain water directly from tap which one may not feel good. There's a small incident where the receptionist said we did not pay for the 1 day breakfast. I'm surprised that they did not have the record that we have paid on the day when we opt for breakfast in the hotel. The receptionist demanded to show the credit card transaction before she acknowledged we have paid and let us go. I wonder why the hotel did not have the payment record kept and needed the guest to show proof of payment which is very weird and made us very uncomfortable.

I love love love the location of the hotel! The train station was only 2 minutes away, and the tram and bus stations were literally right at the doorstep! Shops and the city center were close by and everything was so convenient to get to. I did not have breakfast but the coffee machine helped when I was feeling peckish. I was salute the staff. They were all so helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect. If I had to stay something, then having a kettle in the room would make the stay complete.

Location next to the Delft central transit made it convenient to go anywhere in the Netherlands. Also great access to old city center of Delft, with beautiful views and history

The shower was open and did not have a lip on the floor, so water went everywhere! Which they’d planned for because you get a great squeegee for the floor. It was a nice hot shower until you had to squeegee the whole floor and splash yourself with the now freezing standing water that had escaped to flood the rest of the bathroom.

The location is really good since it is next to the train station, so you are conveniently connected with all surrounding cities. It's modern and youthfully decorated. Rooms have a good size and are comfortable. Looks new and clean, and the complementary coffee us a nice plus.

A mini-fridge in the room would have been nice (somehow they are rare in city hotels in Europe). The shower has an opening that wets the floor, also common in Europe, and I still do not get why they do this, I take longer and more uncomfortable showers, and then you spend more time cleaning and soaking towels, which they have to wash and dry, so I do not get how open showers are supposedly more sustainable. The room was not made, even we left a clean our room sign on the door from 9 am.

The location is perfect for the station. The room exceeded my expectations with a panoramic view of the city was spacious with some stylish features. Everything is modern and very clean. They take care of your luggage so you can enjoy the city easily after checkout

No tea/coffee making in room . ( However it is free at the lobby) Couldn't find butter at breakfast.

Location right next to station, bus and tram stations and near the canals and an amazing Italian restaurant Pavarotti. Access control was good. The decor was just amazing.

Breakfast was good but after two days gets a bit boring. Could do with some variety and more vegetarian options.

Great choice for breakfast with warm food well presented, the lounge/breakfast room organized with different size tables for small or large groups in a very spacious area makes you feel you can relax there at any time or discuss with friends without bothering the people next to you. The Delft Ibis Style is brand new and the modern design is interesting.

No negative comments and I stayed four nights.

Great location for a convenient stop, literally just outside the train station and bus station and within a great distance of the centre with shopping area and restaurants. Has everything that you need and is a great little hotel if you are out and about and need a place to settle for the night.

I did not have breakfast but there was coffee and tea available all day at the reception area. This is a very good idea to offer to clients. The room was nice with big windows and nice views, it felt cozy and the space was right. The hotel and rooms have an optimistic type decoration, modern and simple, makes you feel good. The night staff (a Greek girl) was very nice and helpful.

It would have been good to have more space for storage in the room, we did not have much space to put our clothes. Maybe more hangers and another couple of shelves for clothes. I also think that the bikes for rent could be cheaper for hotel clients.
