I loved the view from the window. The breakfast was good with plenty of options, the ground floor is flexible with plenty of spaces to relax, play options for kids or in some cases enjoy live music. The terrace is also nice to have a bit of privacy while enjoying an open view on a small canal with friendly ducks and the relatively quiet city road.

The view from my room was delightful especailly at sunset, the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options to satisfy any taste. The ground floor provided a flexible space for relaxation, with areas for kids to play and even live music on some occasions. The terrace was a perfect spot to enjoy a bit of privacy while taking in the open view of a small canal with its friendly ducks. Even the city traffic remained relatively quiet, overall a peaceful atmosphere.

The room was big, clean and the desk was easy to get work done. The furniture was well spaced out that I didn't bumped into anything. There was ample plugs throughout the room and the bathroom. I love the rain shower and I had a choice whether to use the shower and bathtub. Both the room and the bathroom was well lit. The room had a small balcony and the view from the room faced the street but at night it was quiet. The hotel provided easy access to the plaza and the restaurant.

I was there for a conference and I had to do a lot of walking to get to the different venues. I think the menu could use additional choices.

Clean, comfortable and within easy distance of the sights. It was also easy to get the bus to the station.

A bit tight on towels, perhaps I misread the rules- they weren’t changed every day. I feel that the bathroom although newly refurbished was a nuisance - example- I wanted to pour a bath for my husband but couldn’t without actually getting in the bath because the taps were too far away! I think it would help if the hotel signposted people regarding transport to various places aswell.

The location and the view were amazing. We stayed in the deluxe room on the eighth floor, and every day, the view was spectacular. The breakfast was really nice, and the whole staff was very friendly. The hotel is perfect for a city just as perfect. Delft and the Hampshire is a perfect match.

The only thing I would change is the shower in the room. Since there were no different levels between the wet floor and the bathroom floor, every time we took a shower, we wet the whole floor around it.

This hotel is a perfect choice when on a business travel in a cold autumn in Delft. It offers the nice welcoming warmth to make you feel comfortable before you get the chance to discover the surroundings. Everything is neat and the staff is amazingly welcoming. I had a cosy room with a perfect view over the city and a nice balcony (where a small smoking area was a huge plus for me). If it wasn’t the windy and rainy time of the year I happened to get in this city - unlucky me!, I’m sure this hotel is a secret treasure spot where from you can start exploring the nice city center during the summer.

What a great location to the historic centre of Delft; it's walking distance! The room is comfortable and the door/window opens so the lovely cool air can come in. Breakfast - 2 options, a French breakfast which is coffee and croissant or the luxury breakfast which really has everything. Coffee is excellent, food is very tasty. Dinner can be booked in the Restaurant Swing. The menu is small but the food is excellent. Overnight parking for guests with cars, but daytime cars must relocate either by travelling for sightseeing or park in the Markt Parkade; which is very close to the hotel.

The chairs in the Restaurant Swing have solid sides and a curvier person struggles to sit in these chairs. It would be wonderful to have a few chairs without sides.

The hotel is right outside of the centre of Delft and you can walk there in 5 minutes. Our room was big and had everything we needed. Staff is very friendly.

We couldn’t park directly at the hotel and had to use a nearby parking garage at 19.20 euros per day. The hotel clearly informed us about this but it was unfortunate that they wouldn’t make an exception and reserve a parking spot for a wheelchair user right next to the hotel.

Excellent location, short walk into Delft. Beds comfortable, rooms really nice and very clean. Staff very friendly and polite. Would recommend this hotel.

Outside area was not alway available to sit in. When raining the awning should have been closed to keep the area dry. This would of been nice to sit in and enjoy a coffee, even if it was raining.

Very nice location close to the centre.

There is parking, but only from 5 pm to 9 am, which is slightly annoying.

We stayed here for a very decent price. The room was modern and had some tea/coffee making facilities which is always great. We could park the car in the nearby parking garage, which is a short walk away (but you have to walk outside so will be affected by the weather). The hotel is not far from the city centre so one can walk there (you have to cross at least one busy road). The wifi worked well enough on our phones. It would have been nice to stay longer in Delft so hopefully we can come again!

Parking on the hotel grounds would have been nice, but that is a minor point. It will be helpful if the city tax can be included in the fee on booking.com - it is possible to pay it up front on the hotel website if you push all the right buttons.
