The room was big. It includes a small fridge which, as a diabetic, is something I actively look for when booking. Bed was cosy. Relatively close (~15 min walk) to the Rijswijk train station. Staff was always kind and helpful. And I was gifted a pair of hotel sandals when checking out. :)

Price was a little in the expensive side, but I could have been because of the event that was taking place in Rijswijk during the days I booked. Fridge could have been bigger and better, although it served its purpose. Shower could have a door instead of a half side wall.

I liked the stylish and comfortable room. The high security was great: you had to swipe your keycard to gain access to the floor where your room was. A Nespresso machine and the television which connects with your google account made it a touch above the motorway hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was good too!

The doors to the bathroom swing shut like a fire door. This makes it slightly inconvenient when wanting to keep them ajar whilst brushing teeth or shaving and you want to listen to the television at the same time. Only a minor first world problem!

The room was quite comfortable and everything (from towels to bathroom consumables) was provided. The bar/entry hall was simple but very welcoming and cosy. The check-in was quite amazing since I arrived way earlier than expected and an empty room was provided instantly without needing to wait for the check-in time. The building was warm which make it a good place to stay if traveling with cold weather. Easy access to the train station that can virtually take you anywhere. The staff was great and very welcoming!😄

Fitness area was quite simple but it doesn't affect my overall evaluation of the place. Just keep it in mind if planning some workouts during your stay 😉

The location was perfect to explore Den Haag and Scheveningen, with local transport very close by the hotel. Free parking near the hotel is great so we could leave the car safely behind and got around by public transport. Check-in and check-out went smooth and staff were friendly. Simple rooms but very clean and very comfortable to relax after a day of exploring!

Room size is decent as we got upgraded to deluxe room. Room is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for coffee lover. However kettle was not there, probably need to request if required. Plenty of car park for hotel guest, but the gate bell position is awkward, most of the time we need to get out of our car to press the gate bell.

A kettle in the room will be appreciated, and a better parking entry gate bell positioning. Room service or house keeping could be slow and has a room to improve. Not much of convenience store around, nearest ones probably 15 minutes walking distance.

Our room was clean and quiet, but another family members room unfortunately not. AC was too noisy, Most probably broken and it was hard to sleep because of the noise. As we arrived in the night, it took a time until someone let us in. Receptionist told there is a free space on the hotel parking, but it wasn’t, so we just waist our by driving back and forward to the parking and finished on the street parking space. There was no bottled water in the room, breakfast is pretty expensive (about 18.- Eur/person) and only 3 power outlets in the room, one of them in the bathroom. The coffee maker in the room is so small and plastic that it’s an art to get a coffee from there :)

Main stuff, in the day time, was kind and responsive. Parking area around the hotel is free of charge. Location is good - 15 mins from The Hague. Rooms and bass are clean and cleaned properly every day.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were helpful and polite. Dinner was very tasty.

I saw a cockroach in the stair well. Several cars parked illegally and blocked the exit inside the fenced parking, and the staff was unable to help me get my car out despite the sign that says that cars parked illegally will be towed. I would expect that the hotel have a procedure in place to have these cars removed to allow others to get out. It was disappointing that they have no gluten free options. I'm celiac and cannot eat any gluten at all. This is not uncommon so really it should be catered to. When you have a limited dinner menu, it's also important that you have all the options available. We were disappointed to not be able to order our choices.

I was positively surprised by the room size... It was spacious and had all a great set up and same thing for the bathroom. The TV functionalities is a bonus as I could use Netflix/Youtube instead of watching dutch stuff And the hotel was right across the place I needed to go so that was a bonus for me

It was not super clean, I found chips crumbs in the chair - probably from previous guest, and the white curtains had some reddish stains in some places

The staff was friendly and responded to all of our questions and needs. Breakfast was yummy and fresh, lovely with the omelette station. Our baby even got a gift from the staff, so so lovely of them! Room cleaned every day. Thank you!!

Windows couldn't lock properly. Maybe have a bit more light, brighter light in the room, it can get quite dark there if there is no natural light, but not a major issue

Room was good. We had very good sleep. The cleaning was done every day. We could stay there again. The location was not so good but it was easy to get to the Haag and Rotterdam center by tram and train, the stops were close by the hotel.
