The receptionist are exceptionally nice and helpful. Fast and efficient. I would like to thank all of them I just checked out today and stayed for 3 nights. I do not remember their names but they where all helpful especially the team that I met when checking in and checking out. The room was exceptionally clean. The sheets were crisp. I usually travel with my own sheets but did not use them. The breakfast was very diversified and tasty. The breakfast staff were very efficient and cleaned everything promptly. A good selection of teas and food.

I am very grateful that I was at the third floor. Sometimes there were some voices in the passage but did not hear anything while sleeping. I do not think there is something I did not like. My stay was very pleasant

A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff all very pleasant and professional. The family room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Air conditioning settings in the room were spot on .... not too hot or too cold...and WiFi worked perfectly. Very modern shower and plenty of towels, changed daily. Rituals toiletries in the room and the unmistakable Rituals scent on entering the hotel is a really nice touch. A lovely bar area where we finished both evenings with a few cocktails. The bar manager, Indra(?) really made such a special effort to ensure that the service was excellent and the cocktails exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

I experienced an issue with the sensors on the outer automatic doors. However, having brought it to the attention of the reception and front of house management I was reassured by their professional response and have no doubt it will be resolved.

Room is in good condition, clean. Good sound insulation, additional door between entrance into room and bed area, toilet separate from bedroom. Good breakfast with fruits, vegetables, eggs, sausages and bacon, great choice of tea. Friendly staff.

No fridge in room. And there was no notification about it. I use to use a fridge during staying and for me it was very uncomfortable. If I know that there will be no fridge, I would choose another place. And definitely, won't stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Den Haag and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is unbeatable—right in the heart of The Hague, making it incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering all the comforts one could ask for, including a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. We were particularly impressed with the thoughtful amenities, like the Nespresso machine, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was as well a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. One of the standout features of the Novotel Den Haag is its commitment to sustainability, which is evident in their eco-friendly practices without compromising on comfort or quality. Overall, our experience at the Novotel Den Haag was exceptional. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to The Hague!

The location is the key point that make us to choose this hotel. Metro station just nearby and so many shopping stores and restaurants around this hotel. The vibe is lively, you will really enjoy to have stay here.

Shower tray is not level well. The water will flow to oppose direction instead of sewer location...The room entrance door has no cushion device, so it will just close so hard automatically and you have to really pay attention of this, otherwise this heavy door will smash you down for sure...this is so dangerous...

The location is wonderful. The staff at the reception was friendly at the check-in time (the lady).

The other staff at the reception (young guy) was just so anti-hospitable.... We asked for extra coffee mug (we had an extra bed to a twin room). He was not happy to be obliged and it took ages until the mug arrived at the room. He didn't appreciate our stay?? when we left the hotel, no 'thank you' Maybe we were mistaken: we shouldn't expect any human hospitality for the hotel of this price....

The hotel is very centrally located, the rooms are lovely and very clean and comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The breakfast was great too - very varied and tasty.

We unfortunately only found out that the parking is a little tight on our way there, but the hotel suggested an alternative parking which is very close by and convenient. It would also be good to have two card keys for the room, given that they are needed for the lift, but as I said these are not major issues and would definitely stay here again.

The ideal location! It was really in the center! A breath from the most beautiful monuments of the town and a walking distance from almost everything! The hotel was fully renovated, modern decorated and the staff was very polite, smiley and willing to help us with guidance, directions and proposals. The rooms were clean and cozy and the breakfast was free for kids under 12 years. The hotel also offered as a service a "secret" parking for 35€ per day (secret because it was under the building and you could enter only by a car elevator - but I recommend to check availability before hand with the reception) and bikes for rent that we used to go to the sea (it took us about 30' - 40' with 2 children per side) and it was really worthy!

The hotel is in the very center of Den Haag, the room was clean and comfortable with a main bed and a sofa bed for our children. The room had new and very good quality furniture. There was a small toilet and a bathroom (this second with no WC). The breakfast was not included, so we cannot comment on it.

Everything was ok. The room was not huge but ok. As the structure does not grant a parking place, not even booking it, we booked in advance a parking in Q-Park Torengarage for 20€ a day which is 7min walk. If you want to have breakfast in the morning better to include it in the reservation or to organize buying at supermarket as in the morning most bars open around 9-10:00

We were upgraded and had a room overlooking The Passage. It was very spacious with a large bathroom and separate toilet. We had free drinks in the fridge. Location is central to The Hague, excellent to access trams, shops and restaurants.

I wish it could accommodate another twin bed instead of just a sofa bed for a third person. Otherwise a perfect room I would love to book again.
