Excellent location (5' from tram lines 17 and 1 (beach to Delft) and buses 22, 24, 28 that take you to the central station). In a very lively part of the city with a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants all around. The room (last floor) was large with an unobstructed view. The bathroom was also very big, clean and bright. Staff was very helpful, the online key option was very useful. Due to my schedule I had to leave before breakfast but there was a coffee machine with freshly grounded coffee 24/7. I liked the hotel very much i would stay there again.

Due to the proximity of the hotel to the cafes and pubs, in the evening it could get a bit boisterous. The weather was too nice to keep the windows closed so we preferred to sleep at night with the chitchatter noise of the patrons from the shop next door, but with the windows locked you couldn't hear any noise (the hotel also offers earplugs). If we were staying for longer we would have liked the option of having a small fridge in the room.

We stayed for two nights. We were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary and as keen Parkrun runners we wanted to visit Zeiderpark. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! We loved our room, the bed was huge, the room was very spacious and it was right in the middle of The Hague so perfect for going out for dinner and walking around during the day. The staff were very helpful too and nothing was too much trouble. The en-suite bathroom was beautiful and the whole place was immaculate. We would come back here in a heartbeat 💓

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Some people may be put off by the noise at nighttime of people in the streets enjoying themselves. No issue for us, but they even provided ear plugs so have this covered if you are a light sleeper 🤗

The property is in the city center and there are good restaurants nearby. The street and the area itself is very beautiful and you can literally walk the entire city. All the attractions are close by. Tram station is hardly 200 meters. Rooms are big enough and it has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Staff is very helpful and cooperative.

The street gets busy and really noisy in the evening and remains noisy till approximately 10 pm. The noise enters the room through the closed window. It disturbs the sleep.

We stayed one night at the hotel in room 306, which overlooks the street. Although the room overlooks the street, it is quiet, and we were not disturbed by noise. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our bathroom had a bath, and I took the opportunity to have a bath, my first in a long time - wonderful and relaxing as we have a shower at home. With any hotel, the staff is at the front of everything, and the staff that we met, from the front of the house to others, were great ambassadors for the hotel. All were welcoming, friendly, and professional at all times. I would 100% stay at this small hotel again and recommend it to anyone who visits Den Haag; it is right in the centre and close to bus and tram routes. Shops, restaurants, and museums are all within five minutes walking distance.

Location is great, right in the centre of The Hague. On a pedestrian road with lots of restaurants and bars. In walking distance to the heart of the Hague where everything happens. There is a car park less than 5 mins walk from the hotel which is ideal (same price if you book via the hotel or drive in with no booking - Euro 30.00 per day!). Staff is helpful and attentive. Rooms are lovely, clean, cosy and comfortable.

It can be a little noisy late at night, but you have to expect this in the centre of The Hague.

Charming little hotel with beautiful interior in the heart of the city. We were traveling with a little dog, and we were happy that this hotel accepts pets. It was a nice touch to get cookies and a blanket for our furry family member. Guests with dogs are staying on the first floor, so maybe rooms on other floors are bigger and quieter.

The bathroom and the room were a little tight, but for 1 night it was ok for us. Our room was facing the street and since this is a city center with restaurants and bars right around the corner, we could hear people during the night, and it was bother us and our dog.

Located in the old part of den haag. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the central station. The hotel is close to both bus and tram stops. The hotel is very well looked after and is extremely clean. It is surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants which make the area feel busy and vibrant. Despite this it is not noisy at night. The colleagues are all very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are large and there is plenty of room. The windows all open up. However the rooms would benefit from air conditioning. Despite this we would return to this hotel if we ever return to this part of Holland.

The Hotel is in the center of the city. Perfect location whether you want to explore the city or to go to the beach. The tram connection is just a few steps away. My room was very nice and very clean with luxurious gadgets in the bathroom. The Personal of the Hotel - have never met the friendliest one.

You have to be prepared to drive through a very narrow and very crowded pedestrian-only street to reach the parking. Due to the location and the presence of bars and restaurants it is quit loud in the room. Fortunately, I had my own ear-plugs (you will find some in the room but they were not god enough)

Paleis is a lovely hotel convenient to the centre restaurants and tourist attractions, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. A bar fridge would have been nice

Unfortunately the hotel is directly above a street with many restaurants and cafes. Potentially this can be a problem depending on the day of the week. Closer to the weekend you will definitely get street noise which can go until very late

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of The Hague with many shops, bars and restaurants next door. This was my third time here and it was a pleasant stay. Initially I was given a room next to the elevator which I didnt like so I was moved to another room in an instant.

Cleaning of the room was irregular in terms of timing which was a bit inconvenient.
