Walking in we already felt like we didn't belong, it looked very posh and elite (not a bad thing though). The customer service was amazing, we could go into the room 3 hours before designated check-in time. The bed was incredibly comfortable and big. The bathroom had a luxurious jacuzzi with cool lighting, bubbles and temperature regulation which made for a very comfortable stay. The room itself was also very spacious and clean.

The Smart TV wasn't set up properly yet (unfortunately, just bad luck) so we didn't have an internet connection on it for a nice evening of YouTube or Netflix.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is in a great central location with easy access to the whole downtown area. The restaurant looked very appealing although I did not go there. The staff were helpful and professional.

I was disappointed to get a room facing the interior block with nothing but a view of other rooms and little privacy. When the windows are open in this block you can hear everything from the other rooms as curtains must be closed for privacy at night. The bathroom was poorly designed with an open shower that leaves water everywhere. There is also only one extremely bright automatic light that comes on as you go in. This means at night if you get out of bed to use the bathroom you are blinded by what feels like an interrogation light. It's a shame as the lighting in the bedroom is well designed. There were no USB outlets in the room and the carpets in the hotel we badly stained.

The room was very clean, comfortable mattress, air conditioning, safe and everything that you would need in a room. During my 7 day trip the best sleep I got was in this hotel!

The location of the hotel was great, our room was spacious, huge comfortable bed, the staff was kind.

I know this is a boutique hotel and doesn't have its own kitchen, but we were not satisfied with the breakfast at all. We stayed there for 4 nights and every morning it was the same 2 types of ham, cheese, eggs, bacon and pastries. If we went after 9 am, there were absolutely no vegetables. There doesn't need to be a huge selection but if they change at least 1-2 things (different cold cuts, sausage instead of bacon, etc.) we wouldn't have any reason to complain. Once the cleaning staff left our door ajar. We arrived back to the hotel to find our door open.

The cleanliness and facilities were quite nice, the location was excellent. There was a nice restaurant / bar downstairs and it is very close to may restaurants and businesses as well. Location is very nice. Be sure to pay attention to the location of the room - do not face the back where the trash cans and workers are.

The first room we were placed in was facing the back of the building where trash cans were outside the window and workers from adjacent businesses worked making lots of noise early in the morning and late at night. The sound of bottles being thrown in the trash can was unreasonable. The management moved us to another room and it was very nice.

Wonderful staff. Charming hotel from 1921 with the original and oldest elevator in the city. First built as a hotel in 17th century. Right in the Center of everything. Fresh and newly renovated rooms. Fridge in the room (no minibar, real fridge). Good restaurant on the bottom floor.

I loved the original old parts at the entry and the modern rooms, but the corridors fell somewhere in between and could maybe have been freshened up. Didn’t h have breakfast included and am glad I didn’t. I ate it a couple of times, and nothing wrong with it, but not worth 18 euros.

This is probably one if not the best Hotel in The Hague. Staff is friendly, location is perfect and also the building itself is gorgeous. Apart from that rooms are quiet, comfortable and with all needed and more. I stay here if it's for business or for resting.

All though the Breakfast, restuarant and staff are great I think it can have more variety. Equally, would be nice to have some snacks in the mini bar courtesy of the hotel like small cookies or chips...those details help if you need a late snack and don't want to really go nowhere or order room service for something small.

Very nice hotel in a central location in The Hague. Perfect mix of ancient and modern. Very comfortable bed, awesome shower. The room I was given had a problem with the heating, it was impossibly hot in there, so I asked for a different one and I was given another room without hesitation. Very nice buffet breakfast, too.

The only means of heating in the room was the air conditioner turned to heat. I personally prefer real old-style heating.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed and trust me I traveled a lot. I spent 3 amazing weeks in this hotel. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, amazing mattress, pillows and blanket. Great soundproofing. Very clean. Downstairs restaurant is a top class. The breakfast was delicious, I ate so much that was full till evening:) Dinner is also incredible! The location is super central, very beautiful outside & a lot of attractions in a walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a perfect location in the heart of The Hague, walking distance to museums, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable. We also enjoyed renting bikes directly from the hotel for a day, which was very convenient.

Room cleaning was often done in the late afternoon, which wasn’t always convenient. Also, the rooms were a bit small and sometimes noisy due to the central location.
